Meaning and the meaning to be inferred, these two should be believed in the order of direct perception and inference. Whatever is not contradictory to them, the words of the meaning of direct perception are through the means of direct perception. The words of the meaning to be inferred should be believed through the means of inference. The meaning to be believed should also be believed. Even if it is not understood by one's own sect, it is called "neither painful nor pleasant feeling." Because it is said that there are three feelings, namely pleasure, pain, and neither pleasure nor pain. Because in the fourth dhyana and the formless realm, there would be the fault of having no feeling, it is called because in those states other feelings are blocked. That is abandoning pleasure and also abandoning pain, and being free from the five kinds of joy and displeasure. Eyes and so on, what is extensively explained is that even the distinctions of the pure forms of eyes and so on cannot be completely determined, because the pure forms of the sources are also different from those that are very famous such as crystal balls, whatever is the faculty, namely consciousness cannot be completely determined. Ignorance is also a characteristic that is not obvious, because it is not manifest, so it cannot be completely determined in particular. Even if it is already a characteristic that cannot be completely determined, what is extensively explained is, what is the meaning of those characteristics that cannot be completely determined, that should be understood from the reliable scriptures, because the meaning to be believed is the reliable scripture. Those are establishing the result on the cause, namely the meeting and gathering and accumulation of the three are the cause of contact. Therefore, contact is established on that. For example, the noble ones are happy to see. It is called this shows the establishment of the result on the cause, the noble ones are not only happy to see, but that is the cause of happiness, so it is called happiness. The stain of pure conduct is woman. It is called woman is the stain of pure conduct, because there would be the fault that even the Arhat of pure conduct has stains.

Therefore. Since the defilement of pure conduct is the cause of desire, it is said to be the defilement of pure conduct. In the world, it is also said that fire is happiness and fire is suffering. This is like establishing the result on the cause, establishing happiness and suffering on fire, which is the cause of happiness and suffering. Similarly, the cause of touch, such as encounter, is also established as touch. If it is said that in the world it is also said that encounter is touch, then there is nothing other than encounter, just like sound and so on. This shows the reason that only encounter is touch. The six sense bases are included in the three, meaning that the six sense bases are included in the three: faculty, object, and consciousness. If you ask how they are included, then for the time being, the eye base is included in the three: eye, form, and eye consciousness. Similarly, the mind base is included in the three: mind, dharma, and mind consciousness. This, for the time being, contradicts the sutra that says touch arises from the six sense bases, meaning that the six sense bases are included in the three, and it is not reasonable to be the cause of the six sense bases. Because the encounter of the three is touch, and there is no other touch other than the encounter of the three, because the meanings are different. The aggregation of the three is also not mental touch, meaning that encounter is an imputed dharma, and the encounter of the three is the dharma of the three themselves, not of others. Touch is imputed, meaning it is nominal. This shows that it is an examination of mental touch. If this is the case, it will become non-associated, meaning it is like similar kinds. Even so, it cannot be established that touch is mental. Non-associated is touch, like this is not the tenet of any school. Venerable Red Robe, it is also said in this sutra, meaning it is said in this very Sutra of Dependent Origination.

To. Feeling, perception, mind, touch, and attention, this shows that touch is neither imputed nor non-existent. Mental events that exist as substances are called nominal objects such as feeling. Among the six categories, the six categories are extensively explained. In the sutra called "Six Categories," the six categories are these six, which are the six categories. The six internal sense bases are the first category. The six external sense bases are the second. The six aggregates of consciousness are the third. The six aggregates of contact are the fourth. The six aggregates of feeling are the fifth. The aggregates of six cravings are the sixth. These six measures of six categories are established based on different types. Others are the six internal sense bases. Others are the external. Others are the aggregates of consciousness. Likewise, the six groups of six aggregates of contact are also established based on different types. However, the combination of the three is not touch itself. Eye consciousness arises dependent on name and form, and the combination of the three is not touch, there is such a sutra. Similarly, dependent on these two, there is touch, there is such a sutra. Similarly, dependent on these two, there is touch, what is this? It should be combined with the context of other sutras. How to combine it? Monks, the body with consciousness of children obscured by ignorance, who are associated with craving, is established. This body with consciousness and the name and form of the external environment, these are two. Monks, dependent on these two, there is touch, this is excluded. Or, if touch is only caused by the six sense bases, then the extensive explanation is to show the fault in the determination of having a cause. Consciousness arises dependent on the two, what are these two? It is between name and form, and mind and dharma. Here it is also shown that consciousness is also caused by the six sense bases.
