It is so. The houses of gods and others are immeasurable palaces. What does it mean to say that temples appear from strings of pearls? It means that the types are different, please understand in context. There has never been a case where a string of pearls is a temple, because a string of pearls is a collection of pearls strung together with thread. Temples are the dwellings of those who uphold vows. Name and form have already been explained. The four great elements are the realms of earth, water, fire, and wind. Saying 'realm' is to clarify color and shape. The characteristics of hardness, wetness, warmth, and movement, hardness is the realm of earth, wetness is the realm of water, warmth is the realm of fire, movement is the realm of wind, these three are shown as characteristics of their own nature, because they can represent it, so they are characteristics. The realm of wind is shown as a characteristic that closely represents it. The characteristic of lightness is the realm of wind, because it is lightness itself. The characteristic of lightness is also present in form that is the cause, therefore the characteristic of movement is the realm of wind, this is distinguished from the difference in its function, because the elements and the aggregates of elements are the cause of going to other places. Form that is the cause is, what is elaborated is, the eye faculty is the support of eye consciousness, it is pure form, until the body faculty is the support of body consciousness, it is pure form. Its object also, what is elaborated is, its object is the meaning of the object of the eye and other faculties. Among them, form is four types such as blue, and other classifications of their changes. Some say that form has two types, namely color and shape. Among them, color is the same as before. Shape has eight types, namely long, short, square, round, flat, uneven, high, and low. Characteristics are also said to have twenty types, as described in the Abhidharmakosha. Sound has eight types, from the cause of the perceived four great elements

Arising and unarisen arising, and showing as sentient beings and not showing as sentient beings, are divided into eight types by the difference of pleasant and unpleasant. There are four types of smells: fragrant, foul, equal, and unequal. Some say there are three: fragrant, non-fragrant, and ordinary. There are six tastes: sweet, sour, salty, spicy, bitter, and astringent. Tactile objects are seven types other than the four great elements: smoothness, roughness, lightness, warmth, hunger, and thirst. Saying "other than the four great elements" is because this is the occasion of the definition based on the cause. The object of mind is also non-discriminating, which refers to the dharma realm, such as the form of discipline. Here, it should be understood that the body faculty, form, smell, taste, and touch are one side. Because name and form are caused by consciousness, the eye and so on are not manifest at that time. Only the body faculty exists, and not others. Sound is an uncertain state, so it is not form, smell, and taste, nor is it merely the sound of showing. At that time, because there is no hunger and thirst, one side of touch is mentioned. Saying "the two are shown as one" means that name and form are name and form. Saying "to eliminate other discriminations of word combinations" means that because name is the nature of form, if the word combination is "name and form," then it is determined that it is only name because of consciousness, and not form. If the word combination is "form for name" and "form of name," then it becomes that only the abiding form appears because of consciousness. If the word combination is "the basis of name is form," "name is form," and "name with form," then similarly, only the word appears. If the word combination is "this is the name of form, so it is name and form" and "from name is form," then how should it be said? In any case, it is a form different from this.

Yes. It is not the case that it is called name merely because it is a condition of consciousness. Are the subsequent moments of arising name and form because of the condition of name and form? Such extensive explanation is causal. In this regard, only the first moment is the condition of consciousness, not the second moment. Since those also arise depending on the former, is it not that name and form are name and form because of the condition of name and form themselves? If asked, how can it be said that those are the condition of consciousness? Because here it is not intended to say that one's own kind of moment is the object of the condition of a limb, so it is explained extensively. The "here" refers to this Sutra of Dependent Arising. If it is not intended to speak of each of the limbs' own kind as the object of the condition, then other moments are not the object of the condition. Then what is it like? It is that which is dissimilar to the kind is the object of the condition. Or, one's own kind of moment is the object of the condition, that is, one's own kind of moment is the object of that condition, it is the object of the condition of one's own kind of moment. Or, for one's own kind of moment, the condition is the object of the dharmas, that is, one's own kind of moment is the object of the condition, but here it is not intended to say so. Therefore, it is intended to say that other things with particularity are the object of the condition, so it shows that the initial arising itself is the condition. The so-called "of" means setting things with particularity as the object of the condition of other things. The so-called "not the condition of the continuation of arising" means not setting one's own kind of moment as the object of the condition of other things. If it is not so, then ignorance is also the condition of ignorance, so it is explained extensively, but it is not so. If you want to say that the condition of other moments is your own kind, then you must also say that ignorance is also the condition of ignorance. In this way, all ignorance is the condition of ignorance, as it is said, the condition of ignorance is its own kind, because it arises only from delusion, so it is explained extensively.
