The miracle of conduct, the miracle of non-cessation, and the miracle endowed with bliss. Among them, the blessing of the Tathagata's various manifestations indicates the miracle of manifestation and transformation. Among them, manifestation is to manifest existence from non-existence. Transformation is to transform inferior objects such as stones and wood into gold, silver, and jewels. Entering the wisdom of the realm of non-attachment indicates the fundamental miracle of non-affliction. It is for the sake of entering the realm of wisdom that is not stained or defiled by impurities such as desire. Giving rise to great joy indicates the miracle of luminosity.

Furthermore, possessing the qualities of the aspects of enlightenment such as mindfulness, and the powers and fearlessnesses, etc., of the Buddhas' qualities, is for the sake of complete happiness. The term 'abiding' means abiding in such a place in the manner of the four conducts, or abiding in the manner of the four immeasurables. 'Bhagavan, the equality of all phenomena is the complete enlightenment,' and so forth, indicates the four qualities of the complete teacher who abides in such a place: the completion of one's own benefit, the perfect attainment of the benefit of others, the ability to benefit others, and the quality of possessing unsurpassed power. Among these, 'the equality of all phenomena is the complete enlightenment' indicates the completion of one's own benefit: the complete enlightenment of the equality of all conditioned and unconditioned phenomena, emptiness and signlessness, is the completion of one's own benefit. The two phrases 'the wheel of Dharma is turned' and 'possessing an assembly of extremely gentle and limitless disciples' indicate the perfect attainment of the benefit of others. How is the wheel of Dharma well-turned? Because one possesses an assembly of extremely gentle and limitless disciples, one should understand that the wheel of Dharma is well-turned. Among these, the well-turned wheel of Dharma refers to the well-spoken eightfold noble path. The Dharma of the noble path is like a wheel, therefore it is called the wheel of Dharma. Just as a wheel is made up of three parts: the hub, the spokes, and the rim, similarly, among the eightfold noble path, right speech, right action, and right livelihood are understood as the aggregate of discipline, like the hub. Right view, right thought, right mindfulness, and right effort are understood as the aggregate of wisdom, like the spokes. Right concentration pacifies all elaborations, so it is like the rim. Alternatively, just as a precious wheel makes those directions that have not been conquered be conquered, and to those who are conquered
