Becoming auspicious means that all wishes are completely fulfilled. Wisdom means knowing all knowable things without attachment or hindrance. Diligence means having the diligence to not abandon the benefit of sentient beings for three countless eons. From the phrase "called the Royal City" to "residing in an immeasurable collection of all qualities," the perfect abode of the Bhagavan is shown. Among them, "called the Royal City" refers to the great city of the Royal City. Alternatively, the king refers to the Buddha, the Bhagavan, the king of Dharma. "City" refers to the place where the king of Dharma resides, which actually refers to the Dharma realm itself, as it resides in the completely pure nature of the Dharma realm. This city is also shown with seven characteristics: the characteristic of profundity, the characteristic of vastness, the characteristic of complete possession, the characteristic of perfect cause, the characteristic of perfect result, the characteristic of vastness, and the characteristic of perfect miraculous power. Among them, the phrase "called the realm of the Tathagata" shows the characteristic of profundity. The realm of the Tathagata is profound because it is like the realm of space, without any interruption of objects and forms. The phrase "called the courtyard adorned with jewels" shows the characteristic of vastness. It is adorned and embellished with the precious qualities of the Buddha, such as powers and fearlessness, or it is adorned with the palace of jewels arising from the power of the Tathagata, hence it is called that. The phrase "called the abode of all the Tathagatas" shows the characteristic of complete possession. This abode is not possessed by others, but is trodden and blessed by the feet of the Tathagatas, that is its meaning. The phrase "called the accumulation of a collection of great merit and adornment" shows the characteristic of perfect cause. The abode of the Tathagata, which is the Dharma realm, arises from the cause of an immeasurable collection of merit and wisdom, that is its meaning. Although the collection of wisdom is not explicitly mentioned, the Dharma realm is obtained from the perfection of both the collection of merit and wisdom.

Therefore, the accumulation of wisdom is also shown together, because these two accumulations are the adornment for attaining great Bodhi. Among them, the greatness of the accumulation of merit and wisdom is also because their basis, growth, and nature are great. Among them, the basis is the activity of the Tathagata's body, the growth is the activity of the mind, and the nature is the activity of speech. Because it arises from such a special body, mind, and speech, it is called great. The terms "concordant with the cause of great conduct" and "all Buddhas' Dharma is manifestly accomplished by maturation" indicate the characteristics of the perfection of the fruit. Among them, the so-called "great conduct" refers to the conduct of the grounds and Paramitas, or it refers to the conduct of the Buddhas and Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas, so it is called great conduct, and the fruit corresponding to these conducts is called concordant with the cause. The so-called "all Buddhas' Dharma" refers to powers, fearlessness, and non-mixture, etc. Why is it called the Dharma of the Buddhas? Because they are not common to Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, etc., and because they arise from the maturation of these Dharmas, they are called manifestly accomplished by maturation. The so-called "abode of the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva" indicates the characteristic of growth, and the Bodhisattvas who abide on the great earth also dwell there, which is synonymous with "essence growth." The so-called "showing the infinity of the Dharmadhatu" indicates the characteristic of the perfection of miraculous power, and by the power of miraculous power, the defiled and undefiled Dharmas are individually combined at will, and the infinite is shown. From "the blessing of the Tathagata's transformation" to "immeasurable accumulation of all qualities," the miraculous power itself is divided into nine aspects to show. What are the nine? The miraculous power of transformation and conversion, the miraculous power of the basis of non-affliction, the miraculous power of luminosity, the miraculous power of non-inversion, the miraculous power of universal beauty, the miraculous power with necessity, and enjoying the Dharma of the Mahayana.
