It is the same at that time. In order to proclaim the main content, it is said that "generating the mind that tends towards yoga" and so on are proclaimed. The mind of cultivating calm abiding and insight is the mind of generating the mind that tends towards yoga. The so-called "extreme joy in true abiding" refers to the joy of cultivating that samadhi. The so-called "attending to the limbs of meditation" refers to the fact that one has previously attended to and begun to cultivate the limbs of meditation, such as meditation with and without investigation. By "generating loving-kindness and directly accomplishing compassion" it means that one has previously generated and accomplished the two immeasurables that are the root of samadhi. The so-called "focusing on joy" and so on means that in order to prevent samadhi from being scattered, one focuses the mind on immeasurable joy, and cultivates immeasurable equanimity, so that the mind is constantly in accordance with those two. In order to proclaim calm abiding, "the first dhyana" and so on are proclaimed, and the meaning of these gradual attainments has already been explained before. The so-called "the collection of calm abiding is immeasurable" and so on means that the Dharma that is the cause of cultivating calm abiding is immeasurable like space, therefore, whoever strives for those collections of calm abiding will also generate immeasurable calm abiding, so it is called that calm abiding will not be exhausted. The Bodhisattva who enters the vast yoga is diligently combining vipassana on those paths, therefore, relying on this, if someone asks what is the Bodhisattva's inexhaustible vipassana, then it is proclaimed and so on. The so-called "cultivating the path in accordance with the aspect of wisdom", because the nature of vipassana is wisdom, therefore, all the Dharmas that are accustomed to belonging to the aspect and aspect of wisdom are called vipassana. The so-called "knowing that Dharmas are without shaking" means knowing that all Dharmas have no author, and what has been said above will not be said here. The so-called "knowing with wisdom that truly understands the truths" refers to the fact that one truly understands and sees the characteristics of each of the four noble truths of suffering, origin, cessation, and path.

It is called the wisdom of seeing with great understanding. As for what is called dependent arising, it refers to seeing that all phenomena arise from causes and conditions, which is the wisdom of seeing without contradicting dependent arising. As for what is called with all views, it refers to seeing that all phenomena are impermanent, not annihilated, without self, and without sentient beings, which is called the wisdom of seeing as being free from all views. As for what is called cause and effect, it refers to seeing that whatever cause is created, the corresponding effect will arise, and whatever action is done, the corresponding result will be experienced, which is the wisdom of seeing that cause, effect, and result are not wasted. As for what is called attaining the fruit, it refers to seeing that the fruit of accumulating merit and wisdom manifests and realizes the non-abiding Nirvana, which is the wisdom of seeing contemplation on manifesting the attainment of the fruit. Entering into reality is wisdom, and seeing that wisdom realizes emptiness is called the wisdom of seeing entering into reality. In order to further explain other names of Vipassana, it is said that Vipassana is seeing all phenomena correctly, etc. For the self of person and the self of phenomena, seeing all phenomena without distortion in the nature of selflessness is Vipassana. As for seeing all phenomena as they are, it refers to seeing that in the conventional truth, all phenomena exist as they appear, like illusions and mirages. Seeing all phenomena as they are in reality means seeing that phenomena such as the aggregates have an unchanging nature like the sky. Seeing all phenomena as non-different means seeing that only emptiness is the sole reality, and there is no other reality apart from it. Seeing as it is, pure, and solitary means seeing that all phenomena are naturally luminous and empty of the aspects of grasping and being grasped. In order to further explain other names, it is said that Vipassana is, etc. Not seeing the aspect of existence means not seeing the nature and essence of existence.
