Return. The power of Samadhi lies in being able to control not being distracted to other places, because it can focus the mind on the object of focus. The power of wisdom lies in being able to thoroughly produce, because it can thoroughly produce all virtuous dharmas. The five powers of inexhaustibility have been explained. In order to explain the immovability of faith, the immovability of diligence, the immovability of mindfulness, the immovability of Samadhi, and the immovability of wisdom, the Venerable Sharadvatiputra also proclaimed the five inexhaustible powers of Bodhisattvas, and so on. Here, too, it should be understood in the manner of teaching and explanation, wherein from "the five inexhaustible powers of Bodhisattvas" to "the power of wisdom" is the manner of teaching, and the rest is the manner of explanation. These five, faith and so on, are called powers, and at the time of the roots, they only have the power to manifest and cultivate the dharmas to be believed in, and cannot be shaken by opposing factors. At the time of power, faith and so on are thoroughly cultivated and trained, becoming powerful, and therefore are not shaken by opposing factors such as disbelief, which is called power. Their inexhaustibility is also because their faith in the dharmas to be believed in will not be exhausted, so their faith in it will not be exhausted, or because disbelief and so on cannot make it disappear and be exhausted, so it is inexhaustible. A Bodhisattva with unshakable faith is one whose power of faith is extremely strong and whose Dharma nature is not mixed with disbelief, therefore, with him as the object, it is proclaimed "Then, what is his power of faith" and so on. Just as faith is unshakable, it should also be applied to wisdom being unshakable. Aspiration refers to the dharmas that one wishes to accomplish and should do. Faith is to generate a pure mind and trust in the truth and the Three Jewels. Not being subdued means not being overcome and shaken by others, this refers to his power of faith. In order to clearly explain its meaning, it is proclaimed "If the evil demon" and so on. The image of the Buddha refers to the Tathagata.

The meaning of 'transforming into an image of...' is this. 'Having unwavering faith in the Dharma' means having faith and belief in whatever Dharma one contemplates.
