The phrase "eventually turns into suffering and is filled with the suffering of formations" is synonymous with "realizing in this way." "He" refers to the bodhisattva who abides in the mindfulness of feelings. "Thoroughly realizing feelings" means that feelings are without substance, or that all feelings are suffering, without inversion and well understood. "Realizing with wisdom" means understanding in that way with the undefiled wisdom of the noble ones. "Realizing with prajna" means realizing with undefiled prajna. "Realizing with quiescence" means realizing with the wisdom of the quiescence of afflictions. "Making the feeling of happiness also happy" means feeling the undefiled feeling of happiness, or experiencing the feeling of the happy realms themselves. "That latent tendency of desire also no longer becomes a latent tendency" Regarding this statement, the bodhisattva who understands all feelings to be empty, as mentioned before, because he also understands the feeling of happiness to be without substance, the feeling of happiness also does not give rise to desire, that is the meaning. "When touched by the feeling of suffering also" means that when experiencing the feeling of suffering, also recognizing it as the nature of being extremely unbearable, thereby generating great compassion for beings who possess the feeling of suffering such as the lower realms, and also realizing that the feeling of suffering itself is without inherent existence, therefore anger will not arise from that cause, that is the meaning. "Neither happiness nor suffering" etc., regarding this statement, because also understanding those feelings of equanimity that are experienced to be without inherent existence, therefore ignorance will also not arise from that cause, that is the meaning. "He with the mindfulness that possesses feeling" regarding this statement, it refers to that bodhisattva with the wisdom that possesses the cultivation of the three feelings. "Meditates on seeing the wisdom that arises from all those feelings" means to meditate on realizing that wisdom that is separated from those feelings mentioned above, that is the synonym. "That feeling of all sentient beings" means that in order for the bodhisattva to understand the nature of the feelings of all sentient beings as he feels his own feelings.
