And it becomes manifest. Among them, from "having the desire to completely seek wisdom" to "teaching the Dharma that is not of outsiders," it explains the cause. From "having heard those Dharmas" to "the wisdom of completely purified karma," it explains the condition. The so-called "having a great desire to completely seek wisdom" refers to having the desire to seek the cause of achieving wisdom, that is, having the desire and diligence to inquire about scriptures, read, and so on. The so-called "virtuous friend who realizes wisdom" refers to the virtuous friend who has realized the non-duality of wisdom, or the virtuous friend who teaches the Dharma that can realize wisdom, that is, the virtuous friend who realizes wisdom, such as Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Dharma teachers, Khenpos, and Acharyas. "Constantly" means to constantly rely on, constantly associate with, and constantly serve with respect, and should be applied to each word separately. Constantly relying on means approaching him at all times. Constantly associating with means staying with him at all times without abandoning him. Constantly serving with respect means serving him at all times by prostrating and so on. The so-called "whoever relies on the wisdom of the Buddha" means striving to attain the non-discriminating wisdom of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and not striving to attain the wisdom of the Shravakas and others. The so-called "having no arrogance towards those virtuous friends" means not being arrogant towards those who teach the Dharma. The so-called "cherishing like a Lama" means respecting and cherishing the virtuous friend as one respects and cherishes the Khenpo and Acharya.

As I said, understanding that seeking the Dharma is not for mere gain and respect, but for seeking non-dual wisdom, and then teaching the Dharma, that is its meaning. The Dharma is also taught in three ways: teaching the Dharma to be explained, teaching the Dharma to be practiced, and teaching the Dharma to be realized. The so-called "related words" refers to teaching the Dharma to be explained, in order to explain the twelve scriptures without reversing them. The so-called "this is the word that accomplishes wisdom" refers to teaching the Dharma to be practiced, in order to explain emptiness and so on, which are the causes for obtaining non-dual wisdom. The so-called "recognizing it as a vessel" and so on refers to teaching the Dharma to be realized, recognizing that it is a vessel for teaching the Dharma to be realized, and constantly teaching the Dharma of the aspects of enlightenment, not external grammar (Sanskrit Devanagari: व्याकरण, Sanskrit Romanization: vyākaraṇa, Chinese literal meaning: grammar) and so on. The so-called "after hearing those Dharmas" means that the person seeking the Dharma has heard the three Dharmas mentioned above from a virtuous friend, that is its meaning. The so-called "devoting oneself to the gathering of Dharma" means devoting oneself to and beginning to become the cause of understanding and realizing those three Dharmas, that is its meaning. The so-called "whoever devotes himself to the gathering of Dharma" means that devoting oneself to the cause of enabling the three types of Dharma seekers to realize is itself the gathering and cause of that person's wisdom. The so-called "then, what is devoting oneself to the gathering of Dharma" means what is devoting oneself to the cause of realizing the three Dharmas, that is its meaning. Among them, few desires means not seeking many resources for oneself. Few activities means not doing worldly affairs, not doing all things such as buying and selling and farming. Few words means not speaking in places where many people gather, and not doing all kinds of things that waste time. Few possessions means not holding more than the necessary bowl and robes and other resources for oneself. Not sleeping day and night means not being obscured by sleep during those two periods, but thinking about how to listen to the Dharma,
