The meaning of "what fruit will arise." To know the entering of their minds, and to teach the Dharma to as many as have become vessels of the Dharma, means to know the minds of others and to teach the Dharma to the vessels of the Dharma. The supernormal knowledge of knowing minds is also the same. After knowing them, teaching the Dharma is also the same meaning. In short, because the objects to be known are inexhaustible, knowing the minds of others is also inexhaustible, as is taught. To teach the Dharma with the fruit of it means that for the sake of taming sentient beings, the Dharma is taught, and those sentient beings are also tamed by the teaching of the Dharma, and it will not be meaningless. In order to teach the minds of sentient beings in the present time, it is said, "What is the mind of another that arises in the present?" etc. In "mind with attachment," etc., know that the mind of this sentient being is with attachment, and know that the mind of this sentient being is without attachment. In "with affliction" and "without affliction," it is to generally know with affliction and without affliction. In "collected" and "scattered," it is to be single-pointedly collected in samadhi, and not single-pointedly collected, that is, to know scattering. In "sinking" and "superior understanding," it is to know the mind that is suppressed by sleep and drowsiness, etc., and the mind that is not suppressed. In "pacified" and "not pacified," it is not having attained samadhi and having attained samadhi. In "small" and "vast" and "become great" and "immeasurable mind," in small, it refers to the minds of sentient beings in the desire realm, because there is no great contemplation such as meditation, etc., and the object is small. In vast and great, it refers to the minds of sentient beings in the form realm, because their contemplation is vast, and they are in accordance with the great objects of the first dhyana, etc. In immeasurable, it refers to the mind of the formless realm, because it enters into the immeasurable attainments such as the sphere of infinite space, etc. One's own mind is defiled or another's mind is defiled.

The phrase "will not be obscured" means that because my mind is extremely clear and unobstructed, it will not be obscured, and I can also clearly understand the minds of others. This is its meaning. "Why is that?" This phrase asks, "Why will it not be obscured?" "His mindstream is known by wisdom," and so on. For the Bodhisattva's mindstream of knowing the minds of others, it is because he possesses wisdom, or is supported by wisdom, or has become the nature of wisdom, that he can know the minds of others, and therefore he will not be obscured. This should be understood in conjunction with what was said earlier. Similarly, it should also be understood in conjunction with the subsequent recollections and so on. Recollections and so on should be observed as described earlier. Immaculate means that it is not mixed with sudden defilements. Luminous means that it is the nature of self-nature purity. Without fault means that it is not mixed with sinful dharmas. Not coarse means that it has abandoned hatred. Without afflictions means that no dharma that can make it an affliction can make it an affliction. Without turbidity means that it has abandoned all dharmas that can become obscurations. Knowing by manifesting all dharmas means that it directly realizes all objects to be known. The so-called "entering the realm of mind" means understanding the meaning of the many behaviors of sentient beings, such as desire. The so-called "knowing the mindstream as one" means understanding what the mindstreams of sentient beings of the three times are like. The inexhaustible supernormal knowledge of knowing the minds of others has been explained. In order to show the manifestation of intention, it is explained what the supernormal knowledge of the Bodhisattva's wisdom of remembering past lives is, and so on. The so-called "inexhaustible" also means that remembering from the past to the present, there is no end to remembering, which is inexhaustible, or not only remembering one's own past lives, but also remembering the past lives of all sentient beings, because sentient beings are inexhaustible, so remembering their past lives is also inexhaustible. Another way is that that recollection is
