Transformation is being skilled in eloquence. Differentiating between self and general characteristics is wisdom. Comprehending all phenomena as emptiness is knowledge. Demonstrating the descent from the Tushita heaven, etc., is entering into skillful means. The statement "completely perfecting all of these" means that the Bodhisattva with the divine eye, having seen these qualities of Bodhisattvas in other realms, also completely perfects all of them himself. The explanation of seeing all forms is finished. In order to show that they are not tainted by opposing factors, it is said that their eyes see all forms, therefore they are unobstructed, etc. The phrase "their eyes" refers to the eyes of those Bodhisattvas who possess the divine eye. Because they see all forms, whether near or far, without any obstruction and worthy of offering, they are unobstructed. The statement "not being attached to all forms" means that seeing all forms does not give rise to desire for beautiful forms. The term "liberation" means abandoning all habitual tendencies of afflictions, all habitual tendencies of views, and all manifest afflictions. The statement "because of being naturally luminous" means that it is the nature of being naturally without impurity and seeing forms clearly, that is the meaning. The statement "not abiding in all objects" means not relying on all forms. The statement "not arising in all afflictions and habitual tendencies" means that even though the eyes see all forms, seeing forms does not cause afflictions such as attachment and aversion to arise, nor does it become a habitual tendency of afflictions, etc., that is the meaning. The statement "because of being without doubt" means being without hesitation towards the truth and the Three Jewels, that is the meaning. The phrase "not completely arising from all obscuring dharmas" means obstructing or causing obscuring dharmas, becoming the cause of desire and longing, etc., that is the meaning. The statement "obtaining clarity in the appearance of all dharmas" is synonymous with obtaining a clear view in order to see all dharmas. The statement "relying on wisdom" means wisdom.

Because it relies on wisdom, it does not rely on the great source of the senses. Therefore, this is called not being the domain of consciousness. Not being attached to all afflictions, not being greedy, not hating, not being ignorant, which means not being defiled by desire, hatred, and ignorance. Their eyes are in accordance with the part that distinguishes the senses of the noble ones, the senses of the noble ones referring to the senses of faith and mindfulness, etc. The eyes that possess these senses are able to understand phenomena such as the arising of appearances. It means that by equally emitting rays of light, one looks at sentient beings equally with great compassion. Because the mind is separated from non-virtuous dharmas, it means that it is separated from desire and hatred. Because it is not inherently completely afflicted, it means that it is not inherently mixed with the defilement of afflictions. Their eyes are called unrevealed intention because they are not separated from the intention to attain the omniscient wisdom. It means that it arises from the nature of the omniscient wisdom of the Buddha, the Bhagavan. Being separated from attachment and anger means being separated from attachment, therefore being unattached. Their eyes approach through the field of true meaning, and act without attachment to the path of knowing the pure Dharma, which means that it does not arise from focusing on inverted meanings, but arises from focusing on the ultimate truth that is not inverted, therefore, in knowing the pure realm of Dharma, one can act without obstruction. It has been explained that it is not defiled by incompatible aspects. In order to explain the cause, it is said, "Why is that?" etc. It means, why are the divine eyes of those Bodhisattvas like what was said above? From "Those holy beings abide in great compassion," etc., because it arises from the cause of abiding in great compassion, their divine eyes also possess the qualities like what was said above. Word.

Apply the same to the rest as well. Knowing all dharmas means knowing all the dharmas that should be taught. Profoundly realizing the meaning means comprehending the nature of emptiness. Being without fault means not doing sinful, unwholesome deeds. Speaking the Dharma as seen and heard means arising from what is seen and heard, without adding or slandering. Not abandoning the unwholesome means completely abandoning all unwholesome conduct. Being called 'directed towards the essence of enlightenment' means having a single-minded devotion and practice to attain the essence of enlightenment. 'Mind without obstruction' means knowing all the objects of that mind without exception. 'Practicing diligence' means abiding in diligence. 'Showing the limbs of meditation' means showing the means of meditating on the first and second dhyanas, and so on. 'Giving the eye of wisdom' means giving the eye of wisdom that realizes dharmas without distortion. 'Entering the wrong path' refers to the non-Buddhists. 'Showing the path' means showing the Noble Eightfold Path. 'Having faith in the inferior' refers to those who have entered the Hearer and Solitary Realizer vehicles. 'Comprehending the vast Dharma of the Buddha' means comprehending the ten powers, the ten perfections, and so on. 'Entering into the wisdom of omniscience' means abiding in the attainment of the nature of the non-conceptual wisdom of omniscience, which is the general statement. 'For the sake of perfecting enlightenment' means that in order to attain unsurpassed enlightenment for oneself, one grasps the undeteriorated divine eye that has become its cause. The inexhaustible divine eye clairvoyance has been explained. In order to show the obvious words. Among them, what is the inexhaustible divine ear clairvoyance of the Bodhisattvas? and so on have been spoken. This inexhaustibility is also because the sound that is the object of that ear cannot be exhausted, therefore, the divine ear that focuses on it also cannot be exhausted.
