It is for the sake of obtaining happiness. Treating those who encourage and remember like a doctor is called being stingy, just as a doctor uses methods to cure diseases, and like a doctor showing medicine, encouraging and remembering can also eliminate the diseases of afflictions, so the teacher is stingy. In order to summarize the meaning of the vast joy that is widely explained, and to briefly show its nature, it is said, "For all the faculties, the faculties are not damaged," and so on. All the faculties refer to the five faculties such as faith, and the faculties such as the eyes. The faculties not being damaged means that those faculties have not declined and have not weakened, which is called great joy. For the wisdom of realization, it is the aspect of peace, which means realizing that the dharmas that cause the faculties to be unpacified and become attached are not produced and not born in their own nature, so one is not distracted by them, therefore it is the aspect of peace, which is the meaning of the nature of peace. For not being wild, it is the aspect of extreme peace, which means that, as mentioned above, there is no object to become wild, so it is the aspect of extreme peace. For not being arrogant, it is the aspect of extreme taming, regarding this, not abandoning afflictions is arrogance, not abandoning afflictions is not arrogance. Therefore, it is the aspect of extreme taming, the aspect of purification of afflictions, or a synonym for the aspect of taming afflictions. For not being distracted, it is the aspect of the joy of the faculties, the mind being distracted will cause the faculties to be disturbed, the mind not being distracted by objects, etc., being in samadhi will be peaceful and joyful, so it is the aspect of the joy of the faculties. For not declining, it is the aspect of asceticism, which means that the asceticism undertaken by the Bodhisattva has not been destroyed and has not declined, its nature has not changed, so it is the aspect of asceticism. For desire, it is the aspect of certainty, which means that those who have joy, everything is satisfying and desirable, so it is the aspect of certainty, it is the meaning of the aspect of being satisfying. For being easy to accept teachings, it is the aspect of listening, which means being able to listen as taught, which is being easy to accept teachings, therefore it is the aspect of listening. The aspect of listening means as

It means having the nature of being able to listen like a tamed ox. Because the mind can be tamed, it is the aspect of tranquility. Abandoning sinking and excitement is the aspect of a tamable mind. Therefore, it is the aspect of tranquility, meaning it is the nature of being without sinking and excitement. Because the action has been done well, it is the aspect of joy, meaning that because virtuous actions have been done, it is the aspect of the mind being without displeasure. Because there is no fault, it is the aspect of no regret, meaning that because no evil has been done, it is the aspect of no regret, without sorrow that due to the cause of evil, it will become like this in the future. Because it is unmoving, it is the aspect of being extremely abiding, meaning that because it is not moved by unfavorable aspects and so on, it is the aspect of being extremely abiding, meaning the aspect of reliance. Because it does not abide, it is the aspect of being unmoving, meaning that because it does not abide in characteristics and things, it is the aspect of being unmoving, which in short is the nature of not being swayed by all characteristics. Difficult to subdue, therefore difficult to approach, meaning that because demons and adversaries are difficult to subdue, it is the aspect of being difficult to approach, meaning not being overwhelmed by them. Because it is not wasted, it is the aspect of meaning, meaning that because the reality realized and attained does not decay, it is the aspect of meaning. Because it is the unconfused suchness, it is the aspect of truth, meaning that because it accords with the suchness of the noble ones, it is the aspect of truth. Because it does that, it is the aspect of only that, here the word "that" refers to suchness, because it accomplishes or realizes suchness, it is the aspect of only that. Because of strength, it is the aspect of joy, meaning that joy itself has power, and not being decayed by unfavorable aspects is called strength, thus because of strength, it is the aspect of joy, meaning the aspect of having the power of joy. Because it is not crushed, it is the aspect of strength, meaning that for the power of faith and so on, it is not crushed by disbelief and so on, therefore it is the aspect of strength. "All the Buddha's teachings" and so on, strength
