Accumulation has been shown. Because one does not like to hear, hearing a little is hearing little. The so-called "diligently practicing the Dharma" means cultivating and practicing the Dharma related to Bodhi. That is to say, like the Shravakas, it is not hearing a lot, but hearing a little and then diligently practicing the Dharma. There are also two ways to please the Buddha: pleasing with Dharma nature and pleasing with material things. For the Buddha Bhagavan, the words "offering" and so on indicate pleasing with Dharma nature, because he has awakened from the sleep of ignorance and has understood all knowable things, so he is the Buddha. Because he has conquered the four Maras, he is the Bhagavan. Therefore, not violating the teachings and the words of learning that he has taught is offering and respecting the Buddha Bhagavan, while the words "serving and honoring" indicate pleasing with material things, because prostrating, circumambulating, and offering Dharma robes, etc., for hundreds of kalpas are for serving and honoring. The so-called "without discouragement" means that the mind is happy to do two kinds of pleasing things, and there is no fear at all. Therefore, in short, it shows to whom, what, and with what to please. To whom to please? It is to the Buddha Bhagavan. What is pleasing? It is offering and respect. With what to please? It is with a mind without discouragement. Other scriptures say that Pratyekabuddhas do not listen to others, but realize the Dharma with their own wisdom, and Pratyekabuddhas only appear when there is no Buddha in the world. This also means that when Pratyekabuddhas realize the unpolluted Dharma, they do not rely on the teachings of others, and only after obtaining the fruit of Pratyekabuddha will they appear when there is no Buddha living in the world. But here it refers to first learning and accumulating merits, so there is no fault. There are also three types of lineage: the lineage of arrogant practitioners, the lineage of small compassion, and the lineage of small afflictions. There are also two types of lineage of arrogant practitioners: medium faculties and abiding in excellent practice. The so-called "medium faculties" indicates medium faculties. There are three types of faculties: superior, medium, and inferior. Pratyekabuddhas are medium faculties.

These are beings of medium faculty. "Always diligent in renunciation" indicates abiding in excellent conduct, always meaning all times. As the Blessed One said, "Having shaved hair and beard, wearing monastic robes, with sincere faith, having renounced home to homelessness," this is diligence in renunciation. This shows the four perfections of a monk: perfection of attire, perfection of activity, perfection of intention, and perfection of dwelling. Among them, "Having shaved hair and beard, wearing monastic robes" shows the perfection of attire, because this attire is not associated with afflictions and near afflictions, so it is more perfect than the attire of householders. "Sincere" shows the perfection of activity, because it is renunciation through petition and the four karmas. "Faith" shows the perfection of intention, because it is not renunciation out of fear of kings and thieves, but renunciation out of faith. "Having renounced home to homelessness" shows the perfection of dwelling, because having abandoned the terrible dwelling of householders, they dwell in the root of a tree, etc., without a home. There are also two kinds of small compassion: engaging only in one's own benefit, and not acting for the benefit of others. Among them, "little action" refers to engaging only in one's own benefit, because they do nothing other than to pacify, liberate, and attain nirvana for themselves. "Few deeds" refers to not acting for the benefit of others, because they do not strive to pacify and lead others to nirvana. There are also three kinds of small afflictions: delighting in bodily solitude, delighting in mental solitude, and delighting in dwelling solitude. "Not delighting in bustle" indicates delighting in bodily solitude, because by nature they do not like to associate with many people, but like to live alone like a rhinoceros. "Delighting in solitude" indicates delighting in mental solitude, because they like to abandon thoughts of desire and anger for a long time. Is
