What is meant by "constant"? Answer: Constant is due to the suchness of Dharma. Because the nature of the suchness of Dharma has no different characteristics whether in the time of ordinary beings or noble ones. Then, what is "non-deceptive"? Answer: Abiding in another nature but not appearing as another is non-deceptive. If conditioned phenomena are not the nature of conditioned phenomena, but appear as the nature of conditioned phenomena, that is deception. Therefore, the ultimate meaning of non-deception is that the nature does not change, and it appears as it is, hence it is non-deceptive. Therefore, it is also said in the sutras: "The non-deceptive Dharma, Nirvana, is the only truth. All conditioned phenomena and the vessel world are false and deceptive." Here, it is also explained that it is completely grasped by skillful means and wisdom. Among them, Bodhisattvas are not weary of teaching the conventional truth, etc. Teaching the conventional truth means that I explain suffering and the origin of suffering to others, or others reveal it to me. Not being weary means that one understands with wisdom that all conventional truths are without substance in the ultimate sense, so one does not generate aversion, fear, or attachment to them as real. "Also, one does not fall into directly realizing the ultimate truth" means that one understands all dharmas as illusions and dreams. Moreover, if it is not examined, it is not merely joy, but it is completely grasped by the skillful means of wisdom, so one does not merely abide in the only suchness. Making sentient beings fully mature with skillful means and wisdom is the meaning of a Bodhisattva being skilled in the truth. As an antidote to the attachment of these internal and external followers to various views, it is also declared that "There is only one truth, there is no second." "There is no second" means that here it is shown that except for the declaration of one truth, the others are not correct. Then, what is the only truth? When asked from within, the only truth is that there is no addition to all dharmas, and it also makes sentient beings who fall into addition true.

It is said, "completely immerse." All dharmas are of an inexpressible nature. If one attaches to the essence or distinction of a person and a dharma with names, words, and letters, that is an imputation, because the nature of dharmas is not easily established as it is said. Therefore, do not impute to dharmas, and also truly know their nature. To completely immerse beings who fall into imputation and are manifestly attached to various elaborations into that inexpressible truth is called the one truth. Here also, it is to show by means of skillful means and wisdom. Therefore, it is said that the bodhisattva is not weary of showing the truth of imputation, etc. Thus, that one truth is not the object of words, but since there is no other way to immerse beings in it, showing it by imputing with words such as conditioned and unconditioned is the truth of imputation. It means that one is not weary of showing these. Other explanations should be viewed as before. Above, it is intended to show the categories of the four truths that have been spoken of, in order to show what suffering is. It is also said that the five aggregates are suffering, and whatever is the nature of the five aggregates is called suffering. Among them, by the meaning of summarizing the initial, intermediate, and final sufferings, the five aggregates such as form are called suffering. Among them, the initial suffering is birth. The intermediate sufferings are sickness, old age, and not obtaining what is desired, etc. The final suffering is death. Since suffering gathers at the place of the five aggregates that receive these sufferings, the five aggregates are called suffering. Among them, it shows that whatever is the nature of the suffering of the five aggregates is suffering. In order to show how to know suffering. It is said, whoever realizes that nature as emptiness, this is the noble truth of knowing suffering as suffering. Unlike the noble hearers who think that there is a real object of suffering, but whoever realizes that the suffering itself mentioned above is also without self-nature and unattainable.
