So, what is the nature of "That" alone? Therefore, it is said that nature alone is also without nature. Thus, "That" is beyond all that is considered as nature, that is, it is not the nature of birth, cessation, existence, non-existence, permanence, impermanence, etc., so it is without nature. This truth of no-nature is indeed the ultimate truth. If it is not other, why are the two, the ultimate truth and the truth of nature, spoken of? This is true, although it is not other, it symbolizes the ultimate truth, making it understood, therefore it is the truth of nature. Therefore, the truth of nature is like a door to enter the ultimate truth. Or, for the benefit of the three kinds of sentient beings, three kinds of truths are taught, and there is no fault in this. The three truths of a Bodhisattva are also completely grasped by skillful means and wisdom, and in order to explain this, it is said that for a Bodhisattva, teaching the conventional truth does not lead to complete weariness, and so on. For the benefit of sentient beings, even if a Bodhisattva teaches the conventional truth to others, such as terms, letters, symbols, etc., they will not be weary or discouraged with the conventional truth, because they are grasped by wisdom, and they understand these as illusions, dreams, images, and without substance. The saying "nor will they fall into realizing the ultimate truth" means that because they are grasped by skillful means, they do not abide only on the side of suchness, like the noble Shravakas who abide in the one-sided Nirvana of peace. The saying "by realizing the one truth with the truth of nature, sentient beings can also be completely matured" means that by understanding the truth of nature, even if the ultimate truth, the conventional truth, suffering, origin, cessation, the path, and other truths are all understood as the same taste in the nature of suchness, sentient beings can be completely matured by various skillful means, according to their respective capacities in the three vehicles. Like this, skillful means and wisdom

The realization of truth through its complete mastery is called being skilled in the truth of the Bodhisattva. So, what is complete maturation? In short, there are three aspects: the nature of complete maturation, the individual to be completely matured, and the detailed classification of the forms of complete maturation. The nature of complete maturation is like rice that is ready to fall off when it is ripe, and fruit that is suitable for eating at any time when it is ripe, which is called complete maturation. Similarly, the seeds of virtuous dharmas are repeatedly cultivated and possessed, enabling the abandonment of afflictions and cognitive obscurations, obtaining a body and mind that are suitable and in accordance with this, and possessing the power to abandon afflictions and cognitive obscurations, this is called the nature of complete maturation. The individuals to be completely matured are of four types: those of the Hearer lineage, those of the Solitary Buddha lineage, those of the Buddha lineage, and those without lineage. Among them, the three lineages will be completely matured in the three vehicles. Those without lineage will also be completely matured in the happy realms of gods and humans. The detailed classification of the forms of complete maturation is also threefold in short: the complete maturation of the faculties, the complete maturation of the roots of virtue, and the complete maturation of wisdom. Among them, the complete maturation of the faculties refers to longevity, complexion, lineage, perfect power, dignified speech, being renowned for great authority, being born as a human, and being skilled in all fields of knowledge. The complete maturation of the roots of virtue refers to one who, by nature, has fewer afflictions, so by nature, the mind does not incline towards sinful and unwholesome dharmas, and has fewer obscurations, fewer conceptualizations, and is upright and able to grasp things as they are. The complete maturation of wisdom refers to being endowed with mindfulness, having a tamed mind, being able to understand the meaning of well-spoken and poorly-spoken dharmas, and possessing the power of innate wisdom to eliminate the afflictions within one's own mind. The method of bringing about complete maturation is to first teach the dharmas of each vehicle to the individuals of the three lineages respectively, and then through the stages of reflection and meditation, etc.
