With. Briefly stated, it should be understood, like the wish-fulfilling jewel and, the excellent vase, the inexhaustible treasure. The sprout of the wish-granting tree, once obtained, should be diligently protected. If vows are taken accordingly, one will possess the aspiration for enlightenment, emptiness and compassion, are indivisible and extremely renowned. Generating the mind is for the sake of others, desiring perfect and complete enlightenment, the distinction between cause and effect, is said to be co-emergent. Because it is obscured by afflictions and the like, therefore its form is not clear, because it is the form of ignorance, therefore it is said not to be discernible. That which is said to be discipline is also, the continuum of the pure side. Abiding in accordance with the part of liberation, there are three divisions, small and so on. The mind that is simultaneously associated with desire, is like a pure and good field, it is the supreme accumulation of merit and wisdom, it is the basis for birth and arising. The mind that follows thought, is like pure gold, now and from then on, all forms remain unchanged. The mind that is associated with superior intention, is like the waxing moon of the white side, all virtuous dharmas, also cause to increase from above and above. Karma is initially dwelling in the middle, and is said to be threefold in order, small, medium, and large, which are in accordance with the part of liberation. The mind that is associated with the path of application, is like fire, burning the firewood of unfavorable factors, arising for the sake of extreme increase. Possessing the perfection of generosity, is like an inexhaustible treasure, although satisfied by all desires, yet desires are never exhausted. Possessing the perfection of discipline, it becomes like a source of precious jewels, all those qualities, precious jewels, that is the basis of birth. The mind of the yogi who possesses the perfection of patience, is like a great ocean, although all unwanted things befall, yet the happiness of the continuum does not waver. Possessing the perfection of diligence, is like a wondrous vajra, it is the basis of manifest reliance on faith, and cannot be destroyed by the hosts of demons. The mind of the yogi who possesses the perfection of meditation, is like Mount Sumeru, all objects cannot distract

The multitudes are irreversible. Endowed with wisdom gone beyond, Like a great divine medicine, Within the obscurations of afflictions and knowledge, It completely destroys everything. Endowed with the perfection of all methods, Like a virtuous spiritual friend, From then on, constantly and always, Not abandoning the benefit of sentient beings. Together with aspiration and endowed, The mind is like a wish-fulfilling jewel, By the power of aspiration, The fruit is the increase of what is desired. Endowed with the perfection of strength, The mind is like the sun, Ripening all the crops Of those to be tamed. Endowed with the perfection of wisdom, Like proclaiming a beautiful song, By truly showing the Dharma, Causing sentient beings to aspire. These ten minds, In sequence, are the ten grounds, From the path of seeing and the path of meditation, There, one and in order. Same as the Abhijna and endowed with, Like a wheel-turning king, With unobstructed power, Accomplishing all the benefits of sentient beings. Endowed with the accumulation of merit and wisdom, Also the same as a granary, By the two accumulations of merit and wisdom, The granary is sure to abide. Corresponding to the Dharma of the aspects of enlightenment, Because of having the same conduct, All the noble beings without exception, Are those who go and those who come. Endowed with Shamatha and Vipassana, Contemplated as like a vehicle, By going on the path of union, Not falling into existence or peace. Endowed with retention and eloquence, Like the water of a treasury, Always holding and showing All the Dharmas heard and unheard. As spoken in sequence, These five minds, In the Bodhisattva grounds, Are gathered by the distinguished path. Endowed with the giving of Dharma, Like the sound of great joy, Before those to be tamed who desire liberation, Proclaiming the words of great joy. This is the Bodhisattva's, Ground connected to the Buddha ground, Gathered by the path of entering union, Beyond that, there is also, By the path of one going, Following the stream of the Ganges River, Compassion and wisdom are inseparable, By uniting as one, benefiting others. Corresponding to the manifestation of the Dharmakaya, The mind is thought to be like a cloud.
