Neither suffering nor pleasure is the feeling, the limb with one-pointed mind, the four-limbed is the last meditation. Or, with objects of enjoyment such as form, the sinful dharmas of desire that cause distraction, having abandoned those difficult to endure, the solitary meditation is the first meditation. With the two, investigation and analysis, born from extreme solitude, joy and bliss equally possessed, the first meditation is placed in equipoise. What is in accordance with the first meditation? Investigation, closely examining, and knowing, seeing, and analyzing, are words of the same meaning. Examining that very nature, analysis, complete union, and following, entering and various analyses are also of the same meaning. Abiding, closely perfecting, is truly experiencing, well guarding. Having abided in that, the path of seeing, the desire to attain is obtained. Having obtained the desire for the path of seeing, one does not cling to the previous meditation. Superior to objects, one seeks the second meditation. Having utterly destroyed the obscurations of investigation and analysis, the attainment of the second meditation is when the inner being is pure and the stream of mind becomes one, that wisdom is the nature of joy and bliss. Investigation and analysis are nearly pacified, and the inner being becomes completely clear. The saying that the continuum becomes one, this also becomes of the same taste, like the water of the great ocean, the taste of samadhi becomes one. Joy is offered to the Three Jewels, therefore, that is solitary-born bliss. Having attained the second meditation, having abided in that, again, in order to attain the forbearance of the unborn dharma, for the sake of all, the desire arises in that person, having become weary of the second meditation, one seeks the third meditation, which is superior to that meditation. The obscuration of the second meditation is joy, therefore, having abandoned that, the attainment of the third meditation is, likewise, joyless bliss. Therefore, these inconceivable ones are spoken of as joyless bliss. These are not supreme, because they are of the nature of exhaustion, therefore, from that again, in order to attain the forbearance of the unborn dharma, likewise, a supreme, intense, and inexhaustible desire arises in those with intelligence. Although that is bliss, one does not cling to it, and the fourth meditation is attained, equanimity and mindfulness are completely pure, neither suffering nor pleasure.

Also not peaceful. By practicing these meditations, his mind becomes soft. Joyful and very subdued, stable, upright, and bright. Benefiting sentient beings, increasing and deeply entering, for the unborn Dharma, the appearance of endurance arises. Then, entering the most perfect and extremely tamed path. The path of Hearers and so on, and meditation, are called common. The sixteen aspects of non-outflow are unshared by Bodhisattvas. The mentioned meditation Paramita is not the realm of Hearers and so on. Because the scripture is correctly summarized, it is not arranged here from the scriptural authority. This is the talk of meditation. Arising from hearing, thinking, and meditating, the wisdom of clear liberation. The grasping and the grasped are completely destroyed, the non-dual wisdom appears, and one is definitely liberated from one and many. Reality and non-reality are completely abandoned, transcending cause and effect, liberated from essence and characteristics, completely transcending the three times and three realms, and definitely abandoning the basis of all concepts. Proliferation is pacified, peaceful, pure, and extremely immaculate. There is no harm and it is truly beneficial, the nature of the ultimate truth. The wisdom of the selflessness of all phenomena, the nature of the fruit of wisdom. This is the talk of wisdom. Destroying one's own faults, and leading all sentient beings onto the path, quickly realizing happiness, the means are considered to be of three kinds. This is the talk of means. The classification of aspirations is said to be threefold: not cutting off one's own continuum, and the cause of benefiting beings, and purifying the Buddha-field. This is called the talk of aspiration. To avert by karma, to eliminate afflictions, and all opponents and demonic enemies, it is said to be the power of aversion and three. This is the talk of power. In the equality of conceptual and non-conceptual, appearance and non-conceptualization, the means of benefiting sentient beings are definitely apparent, divided into three wisdoms. This is the talk of wisdom. These such as generosity, with the mind of enlightenment as the preliminary, those who have clearly cultivated loving thoughts, again are worldly Paramitas. These are the worldly ones. The objects of focus are these three.
