The land will decay, A terrible famine will occur, Weapon conflicts will also occur, The poor will rob each other. Those who are attached to pleasure, Will serve evil monks. Those monks will give the stupas and, The Sangha's food, drinks, and fruits, To laypeople, And then it will become an offering again. The supporters of those people, Will give servants and houses. Monks who are separated from the three paths, Arrogant with learning and breaking precepts, Disliking meditation and discipline, But become leaders in the Sangha. When those who uphold the precepts are in a low position, They will fight over wealth. After hearing this, the royal family will be angry, And beat the evil monks. They will also force them to return to lay life, And force them into the battlefield. Therefore, the gods will be angry, The tyrant of this place, Will not govern the country. The retinue will strip the evil monk of his, 袈裟(kāṣāya, काषाय, kāṣāya, kasaya)。 One's own country will be destroyed, Unable to hold the bowl and die. They will fall into the Avīci hell, And experience long-lasting suffering there. From then on, in this fortunate eon, They will never be liberated. These tyrannical royal families, Will be despised by all sentient beings. Towards generosity, discipline, and listening to the Dharma, They will show hypocrisy. This hypocritical and cunning king, Will quickly destroy his own country. No rain or heavy rain, Rats, butterflies, and, Elephants will destroy the crops there. One's own army and the enemy's army, Will fight there, And earthquakes will also occur. Comets and two suns, A terrible disease will occur. Villages and cliffs will be burned, Cities will be quickly destroyed, Why? Because the shaven-headed, robe-wearing ones, Are blessed by the victorious ones of the past, Even one shaven-headed, robe-wearing one, Is for the offerings of gods and humans. Except for the Tathāgata, There is no other capable one. Those tyrannical royal families and, The evil shaven-headed monks, Will destroy the two bodies of all the Buddhas of the past, present, and future. The afflictions of

Those who are most degenerate will not encounter the Buddhas. Then the land of the tyrannical king will be abandoned by the deities. As the deities have said, at that time the land will be destroyed. Then the land will be destroyed, and the rules of the Dharma will decline. The three lights will decline, and the abodes of the gods will be destroyed. The white side will be exhausted, and the non-Dharma side will increase, they will say to each other. When food and time are abandoned by the wise, in that unbearable age, the Dharma abode will be happy with peace, those who live in the monastery, they will hold the sacred Dharma, they will make trouble with many people. Pacifying all disputes, they will make trouble with spirits. Making the three lights fully increase, making the Victor's teachings blaze. That will fill the abodes of the gods with the bliss of meditation. All the teachings and the host of spirits, I entrust those to them. My Shravakas do not live, those royal families will hold them. The kings who have morality should always be worshiped. For the king who breaks the precepts, he should be placed far away as comfortably as possible. The king should not harm the saints who break the precepts but have morality. The royal families who have morality, if they are always harmonious with each other, the Brahmins, Jewish castes, commoner castes, and the gods will not have conflicts. The sacred Dharma will last for a long time, and the white side will increase. Likewise, you should live comfortably in this field. If you always stay here, for the Dharma that I have ignited, some will be happy, do not go to other places. For practicing generosity and morality, it will make trouble with many people. Then the wise make people mature, that is not a strange thing. Whoever makes the Dharma burn, and makes the royal families turn away from sin, this will become a strange thing. Always have a loving heart, do not beat my Shravakas. You should teach them the Dharma, and liberate them from hell. For the Bhikshu who does not keep the precepts, the royal family should not impose punishment. Do not fight with the practitioners, always to the royal family
