Wishing to experience the countless joys of a universal monarch, similarly wishing to experience the bliss of Indra and Brahma, wishing to cut through all the snares of Mara, and even wishing to fully awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, one should engage in yoga to fully embrace the Bodhisattva. Thus it is said. From the Samadhi of Equality of the Nature of All Dharmas, which is free from elaboration, it is also said: "If one is dominated by the concept of self, one can never protect this doctrine. Abandoning for the sake of the Sugata's enlightenment is difficult to explain in later times. Whoever completely abandons the concept of self from all aspects, and abandons forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile objects for sentient beings who rely on the speech of individuals, that one is the protector of the doctrine." Thus it is said. In the Sutra of the Perfect Gathering of the Sacred Dharma, it is also said: Then, the Venerable Ananda said to the Bhagavan: "Bhagavan, the perfect gathering of the sacred Dharma is the supreme and most important activity of the Bodhisattvas. The Bodhisattva who diligently gathers the sacred Dharma will not cause the Buddhas to be displeased. Why is that? Bhagavan, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, hold the Dharma as supreme. Bhagavan, what is the perfect gathering of the sacred Dharma? It is when the Bodhisattva, thinking through the words and meanings, teaches and recites the profound Sutras spoken by the Tathagata, this is the perfect gathering of the sacred Dharma." Thus it is said. In the Brahma's Inquiry Sutra, it is also said: "Brahma, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva who is endowed with four qualities will seek the Dharma. What are the four? With the meaning of being difficult to obtain, regarding it as a precious jewel; with the meaning of pacifying all diseases, regarding it as medicine; with the meaning of being indestructible, regarding it as wealth; and with the meaning of transcending suffering, regarding it as the pacification of all suffering. These are the four. Brahma, Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas who are endowed with these four qualities, their retinue...

Being skilled in the method of entering or correctly entering, what are the four? Those who pursue the Dharma with the intention of not especially killing, those who are respectful without arrogance and pride, those who seek benefit without praising themselves, and those who do not aim for gain and respect, but correctly place other sentient beings in the root of virtue, these are the four. What causes the decline of the teachings? Explaining the intention of the decline of the sacred Dharma. The Sutra Requested by Brahma also says: Light Protector, for example, in the great ocean, all treasures are gathered, and there is a great Mani jewel of a collection of Vajras. If it appears for seven days and goes to the Brahma world, this great Mani jewel will not be taken away, it will not be destroyed, but it will be transferred to the great ocean of the Buddha land of other worlds. Light Protector, if this great Mani jewel is not transferred to other great oceans, this world will be burned, which is impossible, there is no opportunity, this is not a place of existence. Light Protector, just as the sacred Dharma When it is completely declining, such noble beings of essence, when seven non-Dharmas appear in this world, will be transferred to other Buddha lands. What are the seven non-Dharmas? Namely: the abode of heretics, being possessed by evil friends, the behavior of the abdomen, the behavior of mutual harm, the density created by the view of destroying the roots of virtue, no attainment, and no realization. When these seven non-Dharmas appear, the noble ones realize that sentient beings are not vessels, and they will be transferred to other Buddha lands, where they will see the Buddha, hear the sacred Dharma, benefit sentient beings, and not be separated from thinking about the roots of virtue.

Thus it is said. Moreover, in the Sutra of the Buddha's Vinaya Pitaka, it is also said: Shariputra! Among the monks who are arrogant, who break their vows, and who teach uncertain doctrines, most monks, fearing harm, will be immersed in worldly affairs, greedily seeking food and clothing. These will cause my teachings to disappear. Shariputra! It is not appropriate to slander the Dharma Jewel in this way. Why? All Buddhas, the Bhagavat, respect and praise it in this way; all Pratyekabuddhas and all Arhats respect and praise it in this way; the monks who are arrogant, who break their vows, and who teach uncertain doctrines will greatly despise and abandon it. They are overcome by greed and desire, drowned in the mire of livelihood, greedy for worldly affairs, and endowed with the afflictions of jealousy and stinginess, so they will quarrel with each other. Separated and discordant, they will not respect each other, they will be angry through the path of resentment and jealousy, despise their teachers, behave like monkeys, like Chandalas, not cultivate their bodies, and conceal the limits of their sinful deeds. They have indeed greatly fallen away from the Dharma of the Shramanas. Shariputra! At that time, the evil demon, knowing that they are not superior beings, wishing to commit evil, with intense greed, indulging in worldly affairs, and drowning in the mire of livelihood, having thus known their thoughts, will create circumstances such that my Dharma and Vinaya will be divided into five categories. They will quarrel, divided into five categories, and will proclaim each other's bad names to both householders and renunciates. Thus, when they rebuke each other, do not respect or humble each other, and do not follow the instructions of the teacher, they will not admonish each other, will not follow the teachings, and will not rejoice even slightly when they see those who do what is not to be done. They...
