修习殊胜的功德， 坚定不移的信心如磐石。 成为通往天界解脱的安乐之道， 不要偏离这十种善业。 安住于此，怀着利益众生的心， 这种发心的殊胜之处在于必有果报。 管束好语、身、意三者， 佛陀说，简而言之就是戒律。 戒律是所有调伏的基础， 因此，务必精勤修习这些。 断除杀生，恒常怀着慈悲之心， 一切众生都会亲近和敬重你。 若心中因杀生而留下的恶习， 不经努力，也会自然消除。 慈爱的殊胜之处在于心怀善意， 怨恨之心完全平息， 远离各种忧伤的过患， 安乐地睡眠，安乐地醒来。 夜叉和罗刹也会对你有所助益， 恶道众生不会对你造成恐惧。 拥有无病的功德和庄严， 依靠安乐之道，获得长寿。 这本身就是证得菩提之因， 善逝们的寿命无量， 创造世间安乐，成办利他之事， 完全能够实现追随佛陀的意愿。 不取他人未经给予之物， 来世将获得广大的受用。 如同女子之气无法撼动须弥山， 不会被剥夺或抢夺，自然成就。 行为清净，人人都心生欢喜， 今生就能成为佛法的法器。 因此，来世也无所畏惧， 不会有任何障碍阻碍修行。 了知享乐放逸毫无意义， 无需刻意追求，自然进入布施的状态。 因此，近取的烦恼完全清净， 自然获得无上菩提。 断除对诸欲的邪淫， 调伏诸根，因而乐于寂静。 受到世人的赞扬，名声传遍四方， 一切光明都会获得。 视一切女子如母亲， 就不会产生任何贪欲和烦恼。 因此，积累他的福德， 就能成就具足功德的胜者自在。

Having cultivated excellent qualities, Faith is established firmly like a rock. That which becomes the path of bliss to higher realms and liberation, Do not stray from these ten paths of action. Dwelling in this, with the thought of benefiting beings, The distinction of this thought will have its fruit. To properly restrain speech, body, and mind, The Victorious Ones say is, in brief, discipline. Since discipline is the basis of all taming, Therefore, strive to purify these in every way. Abandoning the taking of life, constantly holding a compassionate attitude, All beings will rely on and respect you. The imprints of that, having become faults in the mind, Without effort, one will completely dispel them oneself. The distinction of love is having a mind that is in harmony and agreeable, And if the appearance of grudges is completely pacified, Having abandoned all the faults of sorrow, One will sleep in comfort and awaken in comfort. Even yakshas and rakshasas will be helpful. Those with evil tendencies will have no fear of you. Possessing the adornment of qualities without illness, By relying on the path of bliss, one will obtain longevity. That itself is the cause, by attaining enlightenment, The Sugatas' lifespans are immeasurable, Creating happiness in the world and accomplishing benefit, Following their intention will be completely accomplished. By not taking what is not given by others, In other worlds, there will be vast enjoyments. Like Mount Meru not being moved by a woman's breath, One will accomplish without being robbed or plundered. With pure conduct, everyone will find you pleasing, In this very life, one will become a vessel for the teachings. Therefore, even in the future, there will be no fear, There will be no appearance of obstacles on the path. Realizing that happiness and indulgence are without essence, Without deliberately striving, one will naturally enter a state of generosity. Therefore, with the afflictions of proximity completely purified, One will naturally obtain unsurpassed enlightenment. By abandoning wrong conduct towards desires, Having tamed the senses, one will be greatly inclined towards peace. With the world's praise, at the end of all directions, Fame will spread, and all clarity will be obtained. By regarding all women as mothers, No afflictions or desires will arise. Therefore, by accumulating their merit, One will accomplish the powerful, great being, the master of sages, endowed with marks. 成办一切所求故，众多有情摧毁法皆成。 具足真实诸天皆慈爱，天性功德悉皆作助伴。 彼之行持于众皆显现，如是之人于彼无稀奇。 若以世间他者为慈量，世间多数不具诸功德。 然以自量衡量于他者，如是之人乃为真稀奇。 莲花池中弃舍乌巴拉，安乐具足莲花显殊胜。 香气芬芳沁人心脾悦意，彼于虚空安住成所依。 智慧炽燃犹如恶趣星，如实了知种姓与非种。 若生随喜厌恶之分别，则以惭愧遮止自主性。 如是自性清净之行持，于他不疑亦不疑于他。 是故追随彼之真实语，成就佛陀之时无守护。 舍弃离间语，不夺仆从眷属， 他人之损害，不能加害其身， 精进勤奋，信心无有分别。 慈爱不欺诳，恐惧不改变， 不舍利生事，悲心不退转。 若能成办，导师成就之时，弟子之僧众， 亦经无数劫，不会退转成就。 愤怒尘垢多如军队者，分别念之风，吹拂诸方者， 于名声之身，变为阴影也， 如是断除，以慈爱之水洗涤， 彼之外面，以悦耳柔和之语， 令世间之意念，变为安乐之自在。 世间之喜乐，若已扎根稳固， 彼之言语，为众生所取受执持， 是故调伏世间百种行相， 彼等痛苦恶道当断除， 福德具足于此与彼世， 守护正法不堕诸恶趣。 遥远之处，亦有甚深明晰之名声， 具德者近旁，自生本性之安乐， 如是龙音，深沉而又清晰者， 梵天之妙音，亦作口中之庄严。 若从散乱之语，返回清醒者， 则于诸智者，极为寂静而行。 彼之智慧，亦乐于真实语故， 无过失之伟大，亦由此而获得。

Having accomplished all that is desired, many sentient beings accomplish the destruction of Dharma. Possessing truth, all the gods are loving, and the qualities of the divine nature assist in every way. Since his conduct is evident to all, there is nothing extraordinary about him. If others in the world are taken as a measure of love, most of the world does not possess qualities. However, if one measures others by one's own standards, such a person is truly extraordinary. Having abandoned the lotus ponds of Utpala flowers, the lotus in the land of bliss appears superior. Its fragrance is sweet and pleasing to the mind, and it dwells in the sky, becoming a support. Wisdom blazes like a star in the lower realms, and having truly understood lineage and non-lineage, if thoughts of like and dislike arise, self-mastery is avoided through shame. Thus, since the nature of pure conduct is such, there is no doubt about others, nor is there doubt in others. Therefore, follow his words of truth, and when Buddhahood is attained, there is no need for protection. Abandoning slander and discord, not stealing servants and retinue, and not allowing harm from others to affect the body, being diligently earnest, faith becomes unwavering. Love is un欺骗, fear does not change, not abandoning the welfare of beings, compassion does not diminish. If one can accomplish, when the Teacher attains enlightenment, the Sangha of disciples, will also, through countless eons, not regress but accomplish. Those who are like an army of many angry dust particles, and those who are agitated in all directions by the wind of conceptual thought, will become like a shadow on the body of fame, and thus, cutting off, washing with the water of love, outside of that, with sweet and gentle words, making the minds of the world become the freedom of happiness. If the joy of the world has taken root firmly, his words are taken and held by all, therefore, subduing the hundred aspects of the world, those sufferings and evil paths should be cut off, possessing merit in this and the other world, protecting the Dharma, one will not go to the lower realms. From a distant place, there is a deep and clear fame, and near the virtuous one, happiness arises naturally, likewise, the sound of the dragon, deep and clear, also makes the melodious voice of Brahma an adornment of the mouth. If one returns from scattered speech to clarity, then one will go in great solitude among the wise. Since his mind also delights in true speech, he also obtains greatness without fault.
