For those who desire the Dharma, possess perfect thoughts, and have reverence, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, residing in other realms of the world, will personally appear. They will also hear the Dharma. For those immaculate glorious Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who desire the Dharma, the endless treasures of the Dharma, whether hidden in mountain caves or in trees, and those transformed into Dharma texts, will be placed in the palms of their hands. For those immaculate glorious Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who desire the Dharma, the gods who have seen the Buddhas in the past will help them increase their wisdom. Similarly, even if their lifespan is exhausted, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and the gods will help them increase their lifespan and power. If they wish, by the blessings of the Buddhas and the blessings of the gods, they can even live for a thousand years. Similarly, from a kalpa or the remainder of a kalpa onwards, they can live as long as they wish. For those Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who generate reverence for the Dharma, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, will also eliminate their aging. They will also eliminate diseases. They will help them increase their memory. They will also help them increase their understanding, wisdom, and courage. Similarly, they will also eliminate wrong views. They will also help them increase their correct views. For those immaculate glorious Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who are reverent towards the Dharma, all fears of harm from others will not arise. Immaculate glory, therefore, Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas should strive to be diligent in the assembly of the learned. Thus spoke the Bhagavat. If someone asks, what kind of listening aspect is praised in the discipline of Bodhisattvas? In the Sutra Requested by the Noble Inexhaustible Intelligence, it says: There are eighty aspects of listening, namely: the aspect of desire, the aspect of thought, the aspect of superior thought, the aspect of effort, the aspect of virtuous friends, the aspect of no pride, the aspect of mindfulness, the aspect of drawing, the aspect of harmony, the aspect of peace of mind, the aspect of service, the aspect of listening attentively, the aspect of attention, the aspect of non-distraction, the aspect of place,
