E na. When the body is completely purified, it becomes a beneficial enjoyment. Just as rice ripens well and a body without worms is beneficial to beings. As it is said in the Secret Sutra of the Blessed One, in any great city's great charnel ground, filled with hundreds of thousands of living beings, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva also shows his great body as dead and passed away. There, those beings who have become the birthplace of animals, eat meat as much as they desire, until the end of their lives, the time of death comes, and after death, they are born in the happy realm of the heavenly world, becoming gods, and whatever becomes the cause for them to be completely liberated from suffering, is because of the complete purification of the past aspirations of that Bodhisattva. Whichever beings eat the flesh of my death, may they be the cause for them to be born in the heavens and completely liberated from suffering. Therefore, the wishes of those who have made vows for a long time and possess discipline are fulfilled, the meaning sought is fulfilled, and the wishes are fulfilled, just as it is said. Also, in that same sutra, it says that because it is completely distinguished by the Dharmakaya, even just seeing it benefits beings. Hearing and touching also benefit beings. Peaceful wisdom is like this, for example, the king of medicine, Jivaka, collects all the herbs, and from many herbs, he makes a beautiful and attractive image of a girl, made well, kept well, and decorated well, whether she comes or goes, stands or sits or lies down, there is no distinction, and there is no discrimination. There, whichever patients come, whether they are monks, kings, ministers, princes, merchants, householders, ministers, or petty kings, as soon as the medicine girl of the king of medicine, Jivaka, meets them, all diseases are immediately eliminated, and they become free from disease and pain, and they do not lose their happiness. Peaceful wisdom, look at the wisdom of the king of medicine, Jivaka, which other doctors do not have, to heal the diseases of the world. Peaceful wisdom, similarly, the Bodhisattva with the Dharmakaya

Furthermore, if it is divided, upon touching the bodies of those countless sentient beings, whether male, female, young, or old, who are tormented by desire, hatred, and ignorance, all their afflictions will be eliminated in the instant of contact. It will also be known that the body is completely free from suffering. This is because that Bodhisattva's previous aspiration was exceedingly pure. Therefore, for that purpose, the body should be purified. Moreover, just as a field of crops covered with weeds will weaken from disease and not grow, similarly, the sprout of Buddhahood, if covered by afflictions, will not grow. If removed with remedies, it will increase. This is the meaning. What is the purification of the body? It is the purification of sins and afflictions. The way spoken by the Complete Buddha is that if there is no effort, I will depart. Therefore, the purification of sins is based on the Sutra of the Four Dharmas: Maitreya Bodhisattva Mahasattva, if endowed with four dharmas, will overcome the sins that have been committed and accumulated. What are the four? They are: the practice of complete repudiation, the practice of complete antidote, the power to turn away from wrongdoing, and the power of reliance. Among these, the practice of complete repudiation is to have much regret for engaging in non-virtuous actions. Among these, the practice of complete antidote is to be very diligent in virtuous actions even after committing non-virtuous actions. Among these, the power to turn away from wrongdoing is to obtain the vow not to commit evil by properly taking vows. Among these, the power of reliance is to take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, and not to abandon the mind of enlightenment. By relying on this power, sins cannot overcome. Maitreya Bodhisattva Mahasattva, if endowed with these four dharmas, will overcome the sins that have been committed and accumulated. Then, how should one cultivate the practice of complete condemnation? It is like what is taught in the Sutra of Golden Light: O Buddhas, venerable with two feet, O Buddhas with hearts of compassion, who dwell in the ten directions, please listen to my supplication. The sins I have committed in the past, very...

Whatever misdeeds I have done, in the presence of the Ten-Powered Ones, I confess them all. Not regarding parents as parents, not regarding Buddhas as Buddhas, not regarding virtuous deeds as virtuous deeds, the sins I have committed. Due to the pride of wealth, the pride of lineage and possessions, the pride of youth, the sins I have committed. Not seeing the faults of wrongdoing, the actions of committing sins, accumulating sins and speaking ill, the sins I have committed. Acting with the mind of a child, with a mind of ignorant darkness, being influenced by sinful companions, various afflictions disturbing the mind. Being dominated by the love of play, being dominated by sorrow and illness, due to the fault of insatiable greed, the sins I have committed. Mingling with non-holy beings, jealousy, stinginess, deceit, the faults of cunning and poverty, the sins I have committed. In times of poverty and decline, the fear of desires, and becoming not wealthy, the sins I have committed. Being dominated by a wavering mind, being dominated by desire and anger, being afflicted by hunger and thirst, the sins I have committed. For the sake of food and drink, for the sake of women, wealth, and clothing, various torments of affliction, the sins I have committed. The sins of body, speech, and mind, accumulating three kinds of misdeeds, whatever has been done in this way, all of these I confess. To the Buddhas and the Dharma, and also to the Shravaka disciples, whatever disrespect has been done, all of these I confess. To the solitary Buddhas, and also to the Bodhisattvas, whatever disrespect has been done, all of these I confess. To those who speak the sacred Dharma, whatever disrespect has been done, and also not respecting the Dharma, all of these I confess. Because I am always ignorant, I have abandoned the excellent Dharma, I have been disrespectful to my parents, all of these I confess. Foolishness and childhood, and also greed, hatred, and delusion, being obscured by pride and arrogance, all of these
