心想“这是我的”，之后，地狱众生便奔向那令人愉悦之物。地狱众生所见之财物，乃是因贪婪之心，恒常修习、增长不善之意所致之果报。如是见后，因贪婪心盛，手中便生出兵器。当其奔向彼物时，其他地狱众生手中亦生出兵器。彼等与他以兵器交战，竭力砍杀，直至身上连芥子大小的肉都不剩，仅余骨架。如是说： 见到他人之财富， 心想若成我所有， 生起强烈贪婪心， 此乃彼业之果报。 关于嗔恨心之果报，经中说：业力所生的狮子、豺狼、毒蛇，以愤怒压迫，立于其前。彼等见之惊恐万分，四处逃窜，然不善之业，岂能令其逃脱？彼等将其擒获，先食其脑髓，毒蛇以毒牙紧咬至脊椎，老虎则从背后吞噬。双足被火焚烧。阎罗卒亦从远处射箭，声势浩大。邪见之果报，经中说不可估量，略而言之，遭受兵器之雨、利刃之雨、金刚之雨、陨铁之雨、石块之雨的打击，以及十个火堆，并因口中不生饥渴而恒常被焚烧。贪欲乃一切祸患之根源，应深生厌离。如经中所说：有名为“火炉”之地狱，其中众生因何业而生？若有人自诩为非修行者之修行者，听闻女子之歌舞、妆饰之声，以及嬉笑玩乐之声后，以不如理作意，致使精液流失。如是说，彼地狱众生遭受铁雨之

Thinking, "This is mine," the hell-being then runs towards that which is perceived as pleasurable. Whatever wealth the hell-being sees is the result of constantly engaging in, cultivating, and increasing the non-virtuous mind of covetousness. Upon seeing this, weapons arise from the hands of those with great covetousness. As they run towards it, weapons also arise from the hands of other hell-beings. They fight each other with weapons, striving to cut and hack until not even a mustard seed's worth of flesh remains on their bodies, leaving only a skeleton. Thus it is said: Having seen the wealth of others, Thinking, 'May it become mine,' Having generated strong covetousness, This is the result of that action. Regarding the result of harmful intent, it is said that lions, jackals, and snakes created by karma, overwhelming with anger, stand before them. Seeing them, they are terrified and flee in all directions, but how can they escape from non-virtuous karma? They seize them, and having seized them, first they eat their brains, then poisonous snakes bite down to the spine, and tigers devour them from behind. Their feet are burned by fire. Yama's messengers also shoot arrows from afar with great force. The result of wrong views is said to be immeasurable. In brief, they are struck by rain of weapons, rain of sharp points, rain of vajras, rain of meteoric iron, and rain of stones, as well as ten piles of fire, and are constantly burned by the non-arising of hunger and thirst in their mouths. Desire is the root of all harm, and one should generate great aversion to it. As it says in this very text: There is a hell called the "Fire Pit," and what karma causes beings to be born there? Those who claim to be practitioners when they are not, and who, upon hearing the sounds of women's songs, dances, and ornaments, as well as laughter, jokes, and play, cause their semen to be discharged due to improper attention. Thus it is said, those hell-beings there suffer from a rain of iron.

Similarly, because of remembering the desires previously experienced, it is said that the hell beings called Padma. Even remembering the suffering in a dream, the hell beings there are boiled in pots and beaten with iron pestles in basins, extensively spoken of as such. Therefore, because of desiring heavenly daughters, completely dedicating oneself to celibacy, it is said that there is a hell being called the Great Lotus. There, a river called the hot, turbulent, and wavy river flows. The fish in that river are the hell beings. The bones are stones, the mud is hair, the sludge is flesh, and the water is boiled corpses. Similarly, the punishment for a man engaging in improper sexual conduct with another man is also mentioned countless times. Similarly, for improperly treating children, when seeing children carried away by the hot river, they call out to him, and he is very compassionate towards those children, and enters that river due to the force of sorrow and suffering. The same is true for cows, mares, female goats, and female sheep, etc. Improper sexual conduct is considered to be inherently reprehensible, and the results of maturation are very intense. Engaging in sexual activity with animals is unwholesome, therefore the burning iron cows, mares, etc., enter from their reproductive tracts, their bellies are filled with piles of burning flames, and they are boiled and incinerated there for millions of years. Similarly, the punishment for engaging in improper sexual conduct with nuns who have already been raped by others is also said to be a great hell being.
