Thus it is. Therefore, the noble Norzang bowed his head to the two feet of the monk Gyatsoi Gyaltsen, circumambulated him hundreds of thousands of times, and after prostrating to the monk Gyatsoi Gyaltsen, he repeatedly looked at him, repeatedly gazed intently at him, made prostrations, showed great reverence, respected him, served him, kept him in mind, contemplated him, meditated on him, fully meditated on him, especially praised him, especially praised him, regarded him as wondrous, manifested his qualities, rejoiced in him, followed him, remembered him, made him steadfast, did not abandon him, kept him in mind, drew near to him, followed his aspirations, rejoiced at seeing him, took hold of the signs of his voice, contemplated his form, acted with a mind that remembered his name completely, remembered his colors and shapes, contemplated the realm of his wisdom, entered into the realm of his samadhi, followed the realm of his aspirations, examined the realm of his conduct, took hold of the appearance of his wisdom, and departed from the presence of the monk Gyatsoi Gyaltsen. Likewise, he gazed with tearful eyes at the Omniscient One who came from the virtuous spiritual friend, circumambulated Drabyila Cloud hundreds of thousands of times, repeatedly looked at him, prostrated to him, and departed from the presence of Drabyila Cloud. In the Pratimoksha Sutra of the Bodhisattvas, it is also said: Shariputra, for a Bodhisattva, there is no such precious jewel in the world that he would not completely abandon out of respect for his Khenpo and Acharya. It is impossible that he would not serve with his body. It is impossible that he would not be willing to walk with his feet. It is impossible that he would not be willing to engage in speech. Thus, it should be combined. Why is that? Because this Dharma will cut all bonds. This Dharma will cut birth, old age, sickness, death, sorrow, lamentation, suffering, and displeasure. Thus, he thought of the precious mind.

Arise. This Dharma will pacify all sentient beings' illnesses, therefore I want such a Dharma that can pacify all sentient beings' illnesses, thus he thought, as he said. The householder Dragshulcan asked, "Householder, if a Bodhisattva is diligent in reading and reciting, possessing generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom, or possessing the accumulations of the Bodhisattva path, from whom did he hear, receive, or obtain a four-line verse, that person should show Dharma reverence to that teacher. If the verse is shown with names, words, and letters, in that many kalpas shown, if one serves and attends to that teacher without wavering with wealth, respect, and all offerings, householder, even so, the reverence for the teacher is not yet complete, what to speak of the reverence for the Dharma?" Thus he said. In the Eight Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita, it is also said: "Son of good family, you should generate great respect for the spiritual friend. You should cherish him. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, always possessing such qualities of self-nature and respect for the Lama, remembering in his mind, went to another city, and arrived in the center of the market street of that city, and he thought: 'I should sell my body, and with that price, I will pay respect to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Dharma Victory. For a long time, my body has been empty, decayed, and sold. From countless cycles of existence, for the sake of desire, due to the cause of desire, again and again I have experienced the immeasurable suffering of sentient beings in hell, but not for the sake of such Dharma, nor for the sake of paying respect to such great sentient beings.' Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva always sits in the center of the market street, making a sound, saying: 'Who wants to buy a person, who wants to buy a person,' calling out with a voice to be heard. Combine it in that way. Then, the evil demon tried to prevent those Brahmins and householders from [approaching] the Bodhisattva.
