And so on until attainment. Thus it is. I am the tamer. I am the guide. I am the holder of the lamp. I am the one who shows the path of peace. I am the one who attains the path of bliss. I am skilled in means. I am skilled in meaning. From the ocean of samsara, I dwell in the great place with the ship of omniscient wisdom. I am skilled in dedicating. I am the one who shows the other shore. Thus, in this way, I completely dedicate all roots of virtue. Thus, combine it. It is not the case that as many sentient beings as there are in the four continents' world, that many suns rise in order to illuminate the four continents' world, but rather, in order to illuminate the four continents, only this one sun rises. By means of it, they will be able to know the number of days and nights, they will be able to completely obtain their own activities, they will be able to cause the crops to fully ripen, and they will be able to experience joy and play in gardens and cities as if it were a single day, enjoying various pleasures, and they will be able to see the directions, and the appearances of coming and going in villages, cities, and towns, in the countryside and around the palaces of kings, do not arise from the body of each sentient being born in the four continents. Thus, combine it. When the son of the gods, the sun, rises, the single, non-dual wheel of the sun will appear to the sentient beings of the four continents' realm. Thus, when a Bodhisattva cultivates roots of virtue and completely dedicates roots of virtue, he should also generate the mind in this way: If these sentient beings do not have the roots of virtue that will enable me to completely protect them, what need is there to even consider protecting others? I shall truly cultivate roots of virtue for the sake of all sentient beings. I shall completely dedicate the roots of virtue. That is: In order to liberate all sentient beings, in order to illuminate all sentient beings, in order to make all sentient beings know, in order to deliver all sentient beings, in order to completely take hold of all sentient beings, in order to completely accomplish all sentient beings, in order to make all sentient beings completely satisfied, and in order to cut off the doubts of all sentient beings. I, the wheel of the sun

Like a mountain, do not rely on others. Do not create opportunities for others, and do not abandon the armor of sentient beings. In the face of all sentient beings, do not turn away from the effort to protect sentient beings. Do not turn away from the dedication to eliminate all suffering. Do not completely grasp small roots of virtue. Do not think that small dedication is enough, and so on. The Noble Sutra Requested by Inexhaustible Intelligence also says: In this many kalpas, one wears armor. In this many kalpas, one does not wear armor. Thus, with countless kalpas of not seeking the mind of enlightenment, one wears inconceivable armor. Suppose the beginning of samsara is as long as one day and one night. Like this, fifteen suns become half a month, thirty suns become one month, twelve months become one year, and with this number of years, one million years generate one mind of enlightenment, and one sees one Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha. Entering and calculating in this way, one generates as many minds as the sands of the Ganges River, sees the Tathagata, and understands the mind and behavior of one sentient being. Entering and calculating in this way, one generates that many minds, sees the Tathagata, and even if one understands the minds and behaviors of all sentient beings, this irreversible armor is called the inexhaustible armor of a Bodhisattva. Similarly, giving and so on, as well as the aspects of enlightenment and the marks of a great man, should also be applied in this way. The Noble Jewel Cloud Sutra also says: Here, the Bodhisattva realizes that sentient beings are stubborn and difficult to tame, and becomes weary of them, thinking: Such stubborn, such difficult to tame sentient beings are enough. From that basis, one becomes completely weary and turns away, vowing to be born in a pure world where even the names of such sentient beings are not heard. A Bodhisattva who does not incline towards the benefit of sentient beings will not be born in a completely pure world, to this, the Bodhisattva should

Thus, the Earth Store Bodhisattva thought: "In all realms of sentient beings, all those sentient beings who are evil, lack diligence, are foolish, dull, as stupid as sheep, of a silent nature, and cannot be liberated from suffering, and all those beings who are the worst in all these realms of sentient beings, abandoned by all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, may they all gather in my Buddha-field. I will let them sit under the Bodhi tree and let them attain the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Every time a Bodhisattva generates such a thought, all the abodes of demons will tremble violently. All Buddhas will praise him." Thus it was said. Therefore, for the time being, if you want to increase merit, you must be steadfast in diligence. Now, I will speak about how to stabilize the mind. In order to dispel the doubt of "What is the use of stabilizing the mind?", it is said in the Holy Sutra of the Collection of Righteous Dharma: "Bhagavan, perfect intention is the root of all dharmas. Whoever does not have intention is far from all the Buddha's teachings. Bhagavan, for perfect intention, even if the Buddha does not reside, Dharma will arise from the sky, walls, and trees. For a Bodhisattva with pure intention, instructions and teachings will arise from the actions of his own mind. Bhagavan, therefore, a Bodhisattva should have perfect intention. Bhagavan, for example, whoever has feet can walk. Bhagavan, similarly, whoever has intention has the Buddha's teachings. Bhagavan, for example, whoever has the most precious limb, the head, has life. Bhagavan, similarly, whoever has intention has the Buddha's enlightenment. Bhagavan, for example, whoever has life can obtain benefits. Bhagavan, similarly, whoever has intention can obtain the benefits of the Buddha. Bhagavan, for example, if there is firewood, there will be burning firewood; if there is no firewood, there will be no burning.
