Like things stained by impurity, and places filled with filth, these are dependent on external impurities, and are considered to be objects of meditation. Thus it is said in the text. Among these, focusing on the unattractive nature of internal impurities is to liberate the mind from attachment to internal desires. And focusing on the unattractive nature of external impurities and emptiness is to liberate the mind from attachment to external desires, which includes four forms of attachment: color, shape, touch, and the desire for intimacy. Therefore, by contemplating a corpse that is divided and decayed, and a corpse that is swollen and eaten by worms, and things that are devoured, one can abandon attachment to color. By contemplating red things, one can abandon attachment to shape. By contemplating bones, skeletons, and the skeletons of bones, one can completely abandon attachment to perception. By contemplating scattered things, one can subdue the desire for intimacy. Therefore, in the scriptures, the Blessed One also said that after death, one day or seven days, seeing corpses eaten by crows, hawks, vultures, dogs, and foxes in the charnel ground, this shows the whole process from division to devouring. The scriptures say that the essence of skin, flesh, blood, and bodily fluids is gone, which shows the state of red things. The scriptures say that if one sees any bones in the charnel ground, this shows the state of skeletons. The scriptures say that the bones of the hands are also separated, and so on, which shows the state of scattering. Because this is what Bodhisattvas should meditate on, the scriptures also say that because there is no object of swelling, one should meditate on the perception of swelling. Here it is only briefly mentioned, and the detailed content will be discussed later. Now, what will become the harm of the ten non-virtuous deeds is explained, that is, what is said in the scriptures, such as "for example" and so on. The ten non-virtuous deeds refer to the ten actions from killing to wrong view. Among these, the basis, intention, afflictions, actions, and ultimate result of actions such as killing

How should it be understood? Killing refers to the other person being a human, recognizing them as a sentient being, having the intention to kill, carrying out the action, and as a result, they die. It should be understood from these differences such as the basis. It is also the same for those protected by caste, religion, or national flag, or when it is not a time of freedom, not a suitable location, not a suitable place, and not a suitable limb. When someone else has possession and this is recognized, having the intention to steal, moving from one place to another, from these differences in sin, as well as the difference in what the object is, and the differences in actions, etc., the transgression of taking what is not given should be understood. Harboring a deceptive thought, keeping a view in mind, in order to make the other person understand, expressing it through language or physical contact, speaking definitively about something uncertain, thereby lying, the transgression of lying should be understood from the object of deception and the difference in intention, etc. Harboring thoughts of displeasure or discord, hearing that someone dislikes something, complaining to them about it, or hearing someone say something and telling it to another person, whether it is true or untrue, the transgression of divisive speech should be understood. If it is not true, is it a lie? Some say that it is a lie. Others do not think so, because it is with the intention of discord, so it is divisive speech, and because there is no intention to deceive, it is not a lie. Therefore, even if untrue words are spoken, even if harsh words are spoken, it does not become a lie, because two thoughts cannot exist simultaneously. Having an angry mind, wishing for the other person to suffer, speaking in order to make the other person understand, the transgression of harsh speech should be understood. Speaking words that the other person does not understand is idle chatter. Apart from these three, if any other words are spoken with a afflicted mind, the transgression of frivolous speech should be understood. These three paths of action can also be done with the body, just like lying, and the difference in sin is similar to lying. Generating desire for the wealth of others, the transgression of covetousness should be understood. Harboring hatred towards sentient beings, the transgression of malice should be understood. Wrong view should be regarded as previously explained. The difference in sin of these three paths of action is understood solely from the difference in intention.
