And also combine without abandoning. With the wisdom of skillful means, also combine to fully grasp all dharmas; with the wisdom of prajna, also combine all Buddhas and the dharmadhatu as inseparable, with the wisdom of skillful means, for all Buddhas, also combine to regard as teachers, to respect, to make offerings, and to serve; with the wisdom of prajna, also combine all Buddha-fields as space-fields, with the wisdom of skillful means, also combine the qualities and arrangements of the Buddha-fields as ornaments of complete purification; with the wisdom of prajna, also combine to completely distinguish all noble ones with the unconditioned, with the wisdom of skillful means, also combine to regard all noble ones as teachers and to respect and serve them; with the wisdom of prajna, also combine to individually discern the Buddha's body as without outflows; with the wisdom of skillful means, also combine with the marks and excellent signs and ornaments; with the wisdom of prajna, also combine to individually discern all conditioned phenomena as unborn and unarisen; with the wisdom of skillful means, also combine to fully grasp the deliberate rebirth in samsara, thus it is said. In the teachings of the noble Inexhaustible Intelligence, it is also said: Among these, what is the skillful means of a Bodhisattva? What is the manifestation of wisdom? In whatever samadhi, by looking at sentient beings, the mind is bound to the object of great compassion, this is his skillful means. In whatever peaceful and extremely peaceful state one enters into samadhi, this is his wisdom. In whatever samadhi, one shows great compassion and the wisdom of the Buddha, this is his skillful means. In whatever one meditates without abiding in anything, this is his wisdom. In whatever samadhi, one sees the complete grasping of all dharmas, this is his skillful means. In whatever one meditates without differentiating the dharmadhatu, this is his wisdom. In whatever samadhi, one manifests the adornments of the Buddha's body, this is his skillful means. In whatever one meditates with the Dharmakaya abiding, this is his wisdom, thus it is said. In the teachings of the noble Vimalakirti, it is also said: Maitreya, the mudras of the Bodhisattvas are these two, what are these two? They are the mudra of faith in words and various meanings, and the nature of the dharma.

Like rain, falling without fear and in accordance with reality, is the seal of entering. These two seals are the seals of the Bodhisattvas. Among them, those Bodhisattvas who believe in and diligently practice various words and meanings are beginners. Those Bodhisattvas who are not tainted by profound sutras, who can clearly distinguish the words and order of the 《ཕྲུགས་དང་སྣྲེལ་ཞིའི་རྒྱུད།》, and who can recite, listen to, believe in, and proclaim them, should be known to have practiced pure conduct for a long time. A beginner Bodhisattva wounds himself with two causes, namely, he cannot truly comprehend the profound Dharma. What are the two causes? If he hears a profound sutra that he has never heard before, he becomes frightened and doubtful, and not only does he not rejoice, but he also says, "If we have never heard of such a Dharma before, where did it come from?" and thus denies it. Also, those sons of good families who hold this profound sutra, and those who have become vessels of the profound Dharma, and those who proclaim the profound Dharma, do not rely on them, do not associate with them, do not attend to them with reverence, and do not respect them, and even speak ill of them. Because of these two causes, a Bodhisattva who believes in the profound Dharma wounds himself and cannot quickly obtain forbearance of the unarisen Dharma. What are the two causes? Disparaging and belittling Bodhisattvas who have just begun to practice, not allowing them to uphold, not allowing them to practice, not allowing them to proclaim; not valuing the precepts of believing in the profound Dharma, only benefiting sentient beings with worldly material offerings, and not with Dharma offerings, these are the two causes. Those sentient beings who can enter the vast greatness of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are extremely rare to find. What is the vast greatness of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas? As it appears in the teaching of the noble Vimalakirti, the venerable Mahakashyapa, in the immeasurable realms of the ten directions, there are those who beg Bodhisattvas for hands, feet, ears, noses, blood, tendons, bones, legs, eyes, upper bodies, heads...
