That. The nature of other-power, just on that, whatever is superimposed as the ultimate truth on the nature of permanence and impermanence, that is the nature of complete imputation. Because its characteristic of complete imputation is not established, it is established as characteristicless naturelessness. This naturelessness, if it exists as a real entity, is also established only on the nature of other-power, because it is only on that that it is conceived as its characteristic. Whatever dharmas, in the ultimate truth, always abide without self-nature by their own nature, that is the nature of perfect accomplishment, because that is always established as without superimposition. As it is said in the Sutra Unraveling the Thought, whatever is the characteristic of other-power and the characteristic of perfect accomplishment, in all aspects, is completely separated from defilement and purification, and not focusing on that, this is called the characteristic of all emptiness. Among them, the characteristics of other-power such as desire, which defile the conventional truths, and bind in samsara, and obstruct the opponents, whatever is superimposed on the real entity, that is the characteristic of complete imputation on them. In the conventional truth of yogis, the perfect accomplishment is not inverted, because of the perfect accomplishment of the perfect accomplishment, the characteristic of perfect accomplishment, for the pure dharmas such as the aspects of enlightenment, whatever necessarily destroys the incompatible categories, and the nature of truly uniting with nirvana, etc., is superimposed on the nature of real entities, that is the characteristic of complete imputation on them. The nature of the characteristic of complete imputation, both of these do not exist in the realm of dharma, which is naturally luminous, because there is no defilement etc. in the ultimate truth. All these dharmas of defilement and purification, in the ultimate truth, are of one taste without arising, therefore it is not appropriate to make distinctions. Therefore, both of the two are emptiness, and in the true conventional truth, both exist, therefore defilement and purification

There is also no fault of impartiality. As it is said in the Holy Twenty-Five Thousand Prajñāpāramitā: "Form, which is completely suppressed by the power of wisdom, is neither of the nature of desire nor of the nature of being free from desire. Likewise, feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are also the same. The nature of non-desire and the nature of non-separation from desire of these are also Prajñāpāramitā. Similarly, form is neither of the nature of hatred nor of the nature of non-hatred, neither of the nature of delusion nor of the nature of non-delusion. Likewise, as far as consciousness, the nature of non-delusion and the nature of non-separation from delusion, this nature is Prajñāpāramitā. Form is neither completely defiled nor completely purified. Likewise, up to consciousness. The non-completely defiled and non-completely purified of these is Prajñāpāramitā." Then, isn't it said that it arises in conventional truth? What is conventional truth? For things that have no own-being, the deluded mind that clings to things in a reversed manner is called conventional truth, because this mind obscures or acts like obscuring suchness. Similarly, it is also briefly said in the sutra: "In conventional truth, things arise; in ultimate truth, there is no own-being; that which has no own-being is delusion; that is considered true conventional truth." Therefore, all the false things that arise from it and are shown by it are called conventional truth. This is also because, due to the power of the complete ripening of the beginningless habit of delusion, from the absence of things, things appear as if they truly exist, and arise in all sentient beings, and from this, due to the power of its thought, all the nature of false things is said to exist conventionally. These are also not truly the nature of things, because what appears is not the truth. It is also not the nature of complete non-existence like a rabbit's horn, because it is pleasing when not examined.
