. Virtuous actions with outflows are those that embrace the mind of enlightenment and dedicate it to perfect enlightenment. By individually contemplating the true meaning, one generates the nature of non-outflow and manifestly turns towards accumulation, thereby purifying. The ultimate mind of enlightenment is also the wisdom of the unborn nature of all phenomena, which is without outflows. Therefore, there is no object of action, no action, and no actor. What is purified by what? Abiding in the ultimate, there is no entering or returning anywhere. Thus, by the non-perception of all phenomena alone, actions are purified. Even in dreams, one sees signs of the exhaustion of sins, such as vomiting bad food, eating or vomiting yogurt and milk, seeing the sun and moon, walking in the sky, fire blazing, defeating a black man with evil intentions, seeing monks and nuns, milky trees, elephants, bulls, mountains, lion thrones, mansions, boarding a ship, and listening to the Dharma. These accurately symbolize the exhaustion of sins. Thus, the temporary purification of actions has been described. If such purification exists, then even after hundreds of thousands of billions of eons, the actions of sentient beings will not be wasted. When they gather and the time comes, they will surely ripen into fruit. How are scriptures such as these to be explained? It should be understood that this refers to situations where there is no practice of remedies, etc. Future actions are purified by not arising due to the lack of complete conditions. What has not arisen is not obstructed by anything. Among these, the initiating condition is the afflictions such as desire. Because they are constantly present, those who do not desire or understand, and whose minds are not tamed, engage in inappropriate actions. Those whose minds are tamed are heroes; they are not suppressed, but rather they suppress them. Suppression is also the correct individual discernment, realizing their falsity, because the place of their origin is conceptualization itself. The objective condition is the objects, by whose power, like grabbing the hair of those who flee

Attracting and attracting, placing them in the realm of demons as if in a prison. Those steadfast ones who have attained the very root of reality cannot be moved or overwhelmed even by the ultimate desires of the realm of Others' Wielding Power; as before, by the words "deeds do not arise," the Pratimoksha vows with their special qualities and extensive content have been spoken. That is also for the sake of the Bodhisattva's mind abiding. There are two kinds of entering vows: the vow to gather virtuous dharmas is for the sake of fully ripening the Buddha's dharma within oneself, and the vow to benefit sentient beings is also for the sake of fully ripening sentient beings. This alone is all the activity of a Bodhisattva. For example, abiding in the mind for the sake of dwelling in bliss in this very life, and the two, the complete ripening of body and mind without weariness. As the basis for this entering vow is the reversing vow, that is, births as excellent gods and humans in accordance with the mind, and those very things of oneself, enjoyments, and external objects, are also the characteristics of liberation, which produce fruits possessing the characteristics of abundance. These paths of virtuous actions, the more one draws near to hearing and giving, etc., the more they become supremely unsurpassed and supremely complete, and by what means does one obtain such a fruit. Elsewhere, where the nine kinds of vows of Bodhisattvas are spoken of, that is because they are included within these three kinds of vows; this is the vow of Bodhisattvas, and it is without fault because it does not transgress even one precept as it has been taken. It is undiminished and unbroken because it does not transgress many precepts. It is unmixed because it is not mixed with non-virtue. It is uncorrupted because it is not completely dedicated for the sake of worldly enjoyments. This is called the uncommon vow, for the sake of showing the aspect of being without downfall and the aspect of not being corrupted by others. Whatever is without fault, etc.
