The Sutra says, "O Light Protector, if a sentient being is fully endowed with great faults, these ten non-virtuous actions, and also enters the Dharma taught by the Tathagata, which possesses causes and conditions, and does not do this, does not manifestly think, 'Here there is no I, no sentient being, no life, no agent, no experiencer,' but enters the nature of illusion, then I do not say that this sentient being will fall into the lower realms." And as long as one particularly believes in this way, then for him there is no downfall or place of downfall. Why is that? Because there is no place, no opportunity, that is, for one without obscurations, the existence of downfall here is not a place where it exists. In the Sutra of Encouraging Superior Intention, it is also said that, in short, one should abandon meaningless things. Maitreya, therefore, the Bodhisattva vehicle practitioner, in the last of the five hundred years, when the holy Dharma is about to decline, wishing to be easily and completely liberated, wishing to exhaust all desires and karmic obscurations, should not rejoice in assemblies, but should live in solitude, forests, and remote places, completely abandoning diligent sentient beings, not seeking one's own delusions and discriminations, nor seeking the delusions of others, not speaking, delighting in meditation, and delighting in dwelling in the realm of the Perfection of Wisdom to meditate. Thus it is said. In the Sutra of Completely Purifying All Karmic Obscurations, it is also said: Manjushri, for one who fully knows all dharmas to be like illusions and snakes, the mind like an illusion has no obscurations anywhere in dharmas. Manjushri, even so, childish ordinary beings, due to their own discriminations, will fall into hell, the place of animals, and the world of Yama. Having fully contemplated non-existent dharmas, they will experience thousands of sufferings. Thus it is said. Whether it be Sutras, Tantras, or secret mantras, etc., these profound teachings clearly proclaim this meaning. By listening, holding, and so on, one can also exhaust karmic obscurations. Thus, if the misconduct here cannot produce results, then by relying on a superior person, listening to the profound Dharma, and contemplating that all dharmas are without self-nature,

It is excellent that the limb of obtaining forbearance of the dharma of non-arising from discrimination arises from cultivation. Here is an example: the monk Heroic Gift, endowed with morality, was seen practicing alms by a supreme woman, who struck him with intense desire, causing him to lose his breath, and he united completely with a naturally beautiful woman and stayed for a long time. She also gave poisoned food to her master. When he heard that he had died, he thought like this: Alas, I have done an unforgivable deed, for I have both enjoyed desire and killed a man. Alas, alas, I will fall into hell. His body and mind were completely overcome with intense suffering. Who will deliver me from this poverty? He wandered around in confusion and fell to the ground at the gate of the temple. Then, the wondrous supreme Bodhisattva took the monk to the forest, stayed in the sky, and manifested many Tathagatas from his body, who taught the Dharma. Forty thousand sons of the gods immediately obtained forbearance of the dharma of non-arising, and the hellfire that arose from all the pores of the monk's body was extinguished by blessing. The monk was also completely free from suffering, and with his mind endowed with the form of Bodhicitta, he thoroughly contemplated the nature of the dharma of non-arising and obtained forbearance of the dharma of non-arising. In Vaishali, when the monk Immaculate Light was walking for alms, a prostitute became very attached to him, and as soon as she poured the alms blessed with mantras into his bowl, he immediately became very attached and enjoyed pleasure with her, and after coming to the temple, he felt great remorse and was completely tormented, and the Bhagavan showed him special devotion to emptiness, and from that he obtained supreme joy and was prophesied to attain unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment. Whatever happens, even if it is like a field that has been harvested, like a root of grass, a small remnant of the body remains in some places. Whatever karma is not certain to be experienced, it cannot ripen. By the power of control over it, the ripening is eliminated and cultivated as a limb of accumulation, thereby purifying it.
