Here, there is also no transformation into the perception of others and oneself. Likewise, arising from the three combinations of improper conduct with desire, arising from ignorance is when, with the thought of Dharma, the Sogpos and Parsigs enter into the mother, and the Brahmins make offerings of cows, saying things like: 'After the Brahmin makes an offering of cows, he will transform into the asceticism of a cow for a year. The ritualistic person drinks water and cuts grass. He approaches the mother, approaches the sister, and approaches the same clan. In this way, this child will overcome the world,' and the worldly heretics also enter into the mother, saying things like: 'It is like a pestle, a flower, a fruit, cooked food, a doubtful entry, and a path.' There is not even a little bit of non-celibacy here when entering. Likewise, the combination of false speech, arising from ignorance, is from not seeing faults. Likewise, the Brahmins say to women, at the time of marriage, and for the sake of protecting life and wealth, that there is no downfall in speaking falsely. Likewise, in reality and entry, it is also due to attachment, hatred, and ignorance. Likewise, in others, it should also be known that the combination is preceded by attachment, hatred, and ignorance. The combination of divisive speech, arising from ignorance, is saying that there is no fault in making divisive speech. After one desires to do it, any small action towards it is the state of combination. The complete fulfillment of that action by that combination at that time or at another time is the nature of ultimate action, the actual path of action. After that, whatever follows the proclamation, whatever truly rejoices, and whatever other action is similar to that is the consequence. If so, what is the intention for mental covetousness and so on? What is the combination, since there is no difference? If so, on that basis, such recognition and such desire is intention. The actual holding of that action is combination. Such determination is the path of action of ultimate action, thus there is a difference. These ten non-virtuous paths of action are also the downfall of a Bodhisattva.

Because falling into transgression is essentially a matter of transgression. However, for those with virtuous intentions, solely due to the power of virtuous causes and the corresponding conditions, transgressing from such and such accurate teachings, and desiring to benefit sentient beings out of compassion, and intending to teach and discipline them correctly, there is no transgression. Actions are of two types: those to be initiated and the distinction of the initiator. Among these, all actions of body and speech are to be initiated, while the mind is the initiator. The mind is also of two types: the nature of non-attachment, etc., and that which is different from it. Among these, all actions of body and speech initiated by attachment, etc., are unwholesome. All that is initiated by non-attachment, etc., is solely virtuous. As stated in the Four Hundred Verses: A Bodhisattva's every concept, whether virtuous or unvirtuous, whatever his mind controls, all turns into virtue. Similarly, the teacher Chandra Gomi also said: With a virtuous mind and love, there is no transgression for the compassionate. And: If one has compassion, there is no unwholesomeness. In Engaging in Bodhisattva Deeds, it is also said: For the compassionate and those who see the meaning, prohibition or permission. Furthermore, even if a monk pushes his own father, wishing him to age quickly, and he dies as a result, there will be no immediate retribution. If an Arhat, contemplating himself, sees fault in his own throat and dies, the monk who serves him is not at fault. Even if someone is killed by another with the perception of another, there is no fault. These are clearly stated in the Vinaya. There is no fault without malicious intent. Because with the intention of healing, approaching the immediate retribution, digging up a stupa is not a fault, it only becomes a collection of merit. Placing shoes on the head of the Buddha with a virtuous intention, and similarly, others removing them, will result in obtaining the fruit of kingship. Therefore, the root of intention distinguishes between sin and merit. Because the scriptures say so, because the mind is virtuous.
