It is because the sound is emitted in all places. By what perfection is that which is to be indicated by many, that is auspiciousness, the characteristic of the unsurpassed accumulation of merit. That perfection is because all the perfections of the worldly and the transcendent are to be indicated by those who desire them. Wisdom perfection is because of having wisdom that is pure, without attachment, and without obstruction in all ways for all knowable things. Diligence perfection is the unsurpassed speech perfection, which is spontaneously accomplished, without attachment, non-retrogressive, arises without effort, satisfies all beings as desired, and possesses all the limbs of melody, it is the speech that liberates beings, for the sake of the benefit of others, in all aspects, it is the constant and non-retrogressive activity of the enjoyment body and emanation bodies. By the wisdom foot, it is the perfection of power because the nature is well established and obtained by the mirror-like wisdom. Because of obtaining the body of inconceivable self-nature of the wisdom of equality, it is the perfection of form. Because of possessing discriminating wisdom, it is the perfection of fame because all miraculous powers dispel the obscurations of the infinitely subtle trainees. In all realms of the world, as desired, it is the perfection of auspiciousness because it satisfies by showing the inexhaustible jewel-like basis and so forth from the blessing of the wisdom that accomplishes the infinite merit and activities of all sentient beings. Because of possessing all the uncommon dharmas, it is the perfection of wisdom because of obtaining the mastery of wisdom in all places. Thus, when it becomes the ultimate union for the sake of sentient beings, it is the perfection of diligence because of obtaining the ultimate nirvana equality, thus it is established. Among them, the enjoyment body is born in the completely pure Buddha-field of oneself, and abides as long as space exists. Why is that a Buddha-field? Because that itself mainly appears there.

Because it decays and utterly decays, it is the world, that is, beings and their container. Therefore, the realm of the world is twofold: the sentient world and the container world. Among these, the container world is a ground as flat as the palm of a hand, surrounded by mansions, gardens, terraces, and wish-fulfilling trees, etc., blazing as the supreme abode of sentient beings, with gold, silver, beryl, musaragalva, the essence of stone, red pearls, and karketana, the nature of the seven precious things immeasurable, emitting great rays of light that go to other realms. Above, it also appears to be in accordance with the sky. Those beings who are born there are all bodhisattvas who have attained the noble grounds, and the Bhagavan will again ripen them into enlightenment. Those beings are also of the nature of the earth, water, fire, wind, space, and consciousness elements, and are thus endowed with six elements, for it is said, 'O monks, this person is endowed with six elements.' Their bodies are also beautiful and possess circles of light, with colors and shapes that are in accordance with the earth. There, the enjoyment of the sentient beings is far superior to that of all the realms of the gods. The enjoyments of those beings are entirely virtuous and blissful, entirely without fault, and entirely sovereign. Such is the complete purity of the six elements, because it is infinite, because it is without boundaries, and because it is extremely delightful. The bodhisattvas born there also go to infinite world realms, and there they fully understand that the non-virtuous deeds accumulated by those beings should be abandoned, and that their antidotes, such as virtuous deeds, should be cultivated, and they teach the Dharma for the sake of generating virtuous qualities. The bodhisattvas also possess all these qualities, but they have not reached the ultimate purity. Thus, in the Buddha-field of the boundless treasure of qualities, within the circle of immeasurable palaces of infinite precious nature, the marks of a great being.

The body, radiantly illuminated with supreme splendor, is the Bhagavan's Sambhogakaya. In order to increase the faith of those beings who use form as a measure, the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks of a great being are established, but it is not possible to limit the number of these to this extent. The (thirty-two) marks are: having wheels on the hands and feet; having feet that are very stable like a tortoise; having fingers and toes connected by webs like the king of geese; having soft hands and feet with the complexion of youth; having high heels; having long fingers; having wide insteps; having a large and upright body; having invisible ankles; having body hair that grows upwards; having calves like an Eneya deer; having long and beautiful arms; having retracted genitals; having a golden complexion; having smooth skin; having each hair curling to the right; having an urna hair on the face; having the upper body like a lion; having a very round head; having full shoulders; knowing the best of all tastes; having legs hidden like a fish king; having a protuberance on the head; having a thin and long tongue; having a Brahma-like voice so that all beings in all realms of the world can understand the sacred Dharma; having cheeks like a lion; having very white teeth; having even teeth; having close-set teeth; having forty teeth; having dark blue eyes; having eyes like a bull. Having very stable feet means touching the ground evenly. On all the great earth, whether low or high, or with gravel, stones, water, mud, thorns, and holes, one stands evenly. By the power of hundreds of thousands of millions of worlds, even the distant becomes near. Starting from the first joint of the fingers, even if there are no gaps between the fingers, one has fingers that can wear rings and other ornaments. Softness means being very young. Having the complexion of youth means having a very complete color.
