If it is said that it abides with the four characteristics of separation, then all abiding arises from entering greatly into the uncommon benefit with all the noble ones. Moreover, it is truly established within the Bhagavan (bcom ldan 'das) by the power of worldly thoughts, but not from its own essence. Why is it repeated three times and the Dharma wheel turned in twelve aspects? It is because just this is enough to accomplish the purpose of beings. Among them, Dharma is the teaching. It itself is the wheel, because it causes the minds of those to be tamed to turn, therefore it is the Dharma wheel, that is, the four noble truths. Repeating it three times is: This is suffering. This is the origin of suffering. This is the cessation of suffering. This is the path that leads to the cessation of suffering, thus completely determining the nature of the four noble truths is the first turning. To completely know it in order, to thoroughly abandon it, to manifest it, and to cultivate it, just this much completely determining is the second turning. With its own nature, completely knowing, abandoning, manifesting, and having finished cultivating, thus completely determining is the third turning. Therefore, that is turned three times. The nature of the suffering of the truth of suffering, and the three aspects of what should be completely known and what has been completely known; the three aspects of the nature of the truth of origin and what should be abandoned and what has been abandoned; the three aspects of the nature of the truth of cessation and what should be manifested and what has been manifested; the three aspects of the nature of the truth of the path and what should be cultivated and what has been cultivated, therefore that is the twelve aspects. Or, this is suffering, it should be completely known, it has been completely known, thus it is turned three times. Because each has the Buddha's eye and non-discriminating wisdom and the nature of true meaning, therefore the twelve aspects are said to arise from intelligence and the mind of the non-learning wisdom that knows all aspects. Thus, for each truth, because the three and twelve are consistent in Dharma, the Dharma wheel is turned in three paths and twelve aspects.

Circling around, it starts from teaching the eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma. For each of the eighty-four thousand practices related to desire and so on, there are as many scriptures as remedies, and the collection of these scriptures is the aggregate of Dharma, which are the eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma. Why did he pass into complete Nirvana? It is for the sake of expediting the lazy ones. How long will the sacred Dharma of the Bhagavan Shakyamuni remain? Until the last five hundred period. The gathering of five centuries is the five hundred period. The last one is the fifth five hundred period, the sacred Dharma will remain for five five hundred periods, as the scripture says, some say that it is the time when the practice of the sacred Dharma declines. Others believe that the time when the Tathagata's sacred Dharma remains is five thousand years, dividing these five thousand years into five centuries, which becomes ten five hundred periods. These ten periods are: first, the period of realization, the period of practice, and the period of teaching, these three periods. Again, each period is divided into three aspects: Arhat, Non-returner, and Stream-enterer; Vipassana, Samadhi, and Discipline; and the period of Abhidhamma, Sutra, and Vinaya Pitakas, these nine periods correspond to the nine five hundred periods. The tenth period is just a symbol, called the last five hundred period. Enough with the elaboration. Regarding the five wisdoms, they have been previously classified briefly, and now they will be elaborated in detail. The first of these is the wisdom of the extremely pure Dharmadhatu and the oneness of self-nature. That is to say, from the complete maturation of the habits of hearing all kinds of Dharma, with the cause of practicing without remainder, constantly abiding for the benefit of all sentient beings and the generation of happiness, following the doors of Samadhi and Dharani, and immeasurable merit and wisdom, and being liberated from all afflictions and the two obscurations of knowledge, this is the extremely pure Dharmadhatu, the Suchness of all Dharmas, the non-inverted self-nature, and the cause of generating all sacred Dharmas, and the Tathagata.
