All those water masses can be thrown with an instrument that splits the tip of a hair into a hundred parts, and there is no harm to the beings that depend on it. When the fire of the end of the kalpa burns in the three thousand great thousand worlds, it can be completely extinguished by the breath of the mouth. The great movement of the wind circle that pervades all the worlds can be suppressed by the tip of one finger joint. The realm of space can be pervaded by one lotus posture. Mountains such as the great Mount Meru can be bound by a single hair and thrown into immeasurable worlds. In all the Buddha lands in the ten directions, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, see with their divine eyes. They also listen to their teachings with their divine ears. They know the minds and actions of sentient beings. They can also remember their past lives. The direct perception of the wisdom of the exhaustion of defilements is directly attained, and it is not preceded by the correct limit. Such power as miraculous transformation is not unbelievable, because the all-pervading lord himself, who is truly proclaimed by the meditators, is inconceivable. This mind generation is also an inexhaustible guide. Therefore, rely on the meaning, not on the words and phrases of beautiful Sanskrit, etc.; the Dharma is reason, rely on it, not on the individuals such as elders; the wisdom that arises from meditation is prajna, rely on it, not on the wisdom that arises from consciousness, hearing, and thinking; the Buddha, the Bhagavat, is the highest measure, therefore rely on the sutras of definitive meaning, not on those of provisional meaning, these are the four reliances. Having sixteen kinds of mind generation, endowed with the accumulation of merit and wisdom, is like a treasury, because it is the place of accumulation of many merits and wisdom. The seventeenth mind generation, endowed with the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, is like a great path, because all the noble beings have gone and will go.

The eighteenth generation of mind, endowed with tranquility and insight, is like a vehicle, for by uniting these two, one can travel without falling into either samsara or nirvana, and thus travel in ease. The nineteenth generation of mind, endowed with retention and eloquence, is like a treasure of water, like a reservoir that can endlessly spring forth, in accordance with the Dharma, able to retain the Dharma and meaning that has been heard and not heard, and able to endlessly proclaim it. The twentieth generation of mind, endowed with the summary of the Dharma, is like a pleasing sound, proclaiming pleasingly to those who wish to be liberated. As the Blessed One said: Bodhisattvas in the ten directions, for a long time in the worlds obscured by darkness, illuminate the spaces with the light of their bodies, and for the sentient beings born there, proclaim the sound of the Buddha, the sound of the Dharma, and the sound of the Sangha, and lead them to individually enter into right view. Among these, the summaries of the Dharma are the individual realizations that all conditioned things are impermanent, all contaminated things are suffering, all phenomena are without self, and nirvana is peaceful. Among these, impermanence is the absence of permanence, and the meaning of absence is the meaning of impermanence. The meaning of momentary destruction in conventional truth is also the meaning of impermanence. The complete pacification of all discriminations is peace, which is a brief establishment of the qualities of the ground. The Blessed One also said: O sons of the Victorious One, these are the ten grounds of the Bodhisattva. Because they have been briefly taught, to teach them extensively would require teaching for countless eons, so they should be understood by following the teachings. Whatever the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones of the past, future, and present have said, will say, and have said, are also, O sons of the Victorious One, these ten grounds of the Bodhisattva. They should be regarded as those who follow the omniscient wisdom, for they gradually approach manifestation. That omniscient wisdom is also realized by the Blessed One in a single moment, like a vase and so on.

Even if believing, it is because it is the same as being unobscured. Just as the undifferentiated space that has reached there, even though form and feeling, etc., are different, because the Suchness that has reached there is of the nature of unborn, without difference, therefore, Suchness should be known as the only one. That is also because it is realized by only one moment of knowing. The omniscient wisdom is also two bodhicittas, namely, the nature of the five wisdoms. Among them, the twenty-first bodhicitta is endowed with the path of one vehicle. Because of obtaining forbearance of the unsurpassed unborn Dharma, therefore, those bhūmi-holders, from merging the Bodhisattvas' own nature of the mind of enlightenment into their own nature, because it is undifferentiated from the fruits and activities of the Bodhisattvas, therefore, it is the path of one vehicle. Being endowed with that is like a stream of water, because it arises from its own nature. The path of one vehicle is from the immovable mixing and near mixing onwards, however, this is unsurpassed. The twenty-second bodhicitta is like a cloud endowed with the Dharmakāya, because all the affairs of sentient beings arise from it. Just like the perfect vessel-world arises from the clouds. The inexhaustible skillful means also refers to universally showing in Tuṣita heaven and so on. Thus, the treatise also says: Fully manifesting complete enlightenment in all aspects, this is endowed with skillful means. The teacher Vasubandhu also said: The Buddha's wisdom that thoroughly turns the wheel of Dharma is endowed with the activity of liberation and skillful means, because it can thoroughly turn the wheel of Dharma in countless Jambudvīpas in an instant. Skillful means is emptiness and great compassion, or being skilled in the actions that arise from them. Why does it universally show in Tuṣita heaven and not in the form and formless realms? Because coming here from a place of no leisure, this is not our reason, it is for the sake of completely abandoning not doing too much service. Why not in Paranirmitavasavartin? Because although there is ability, but especially
