Therefore, beings with female characteristics also seek the objects of their retinue for the sake of their own and others' complete purification. The noble *Ratnakuta Sutra* also says: "Light Protector, just as poison that is completely controlled by mantras and medicine cannot cause one to fall. Light Protector, similarly, the poison of afflictions that is completely mastered by the medicine of wisdom and skillful means cannot cause one to fall." It also says: "Light Protector, just as the filth of a great city becomes very useful for sugarcane fields and vineyards. Light Protector, similarly, the filth of a Bodhisattva's afflictions becomes very useful for omniscient wisdom." On this ground, Bodhisattvas mostly become great Brahma, the lord of a thousand worlds, those who can conquer and those who cannot conquer, the master who has obtained sovereignty, and in order to bring beings closer to the perfections, they also begin all activities with the accumulation of things. In a single instant, they can individually obtain as many samadhis as there are dust particles in ten hundred thousand three-thousand great-thousand world systems. They see that many Buddhas. They also know the blessings of those Buddhas. They also shake and illuminate that many world systems. They also go to that many pure lands. They also ripen that many beings. They also abide for that many eons, and enter the limits of the past and the future. They also open that many doors of Dharma. They also show that many bodies. And in each body, there are that many Bodhisattva retinues. Thus, on the eighth ground, having perfected the purification of the Buddha-field by manifesting the activities of wisdom, on the ninth ground, they perfect the maturation of beings. Moreover, the thirteenth generation of thought on this ground, endowed with the perfection of power, is like the sun, because it matures the beings to be tamed with inexhaustible accumulations of things. Excellent!

The wisdom of the ground is also like that. Because here, individual Bodhisattvas who have perfect knowledge do good for the sake of the Dharma preacher himself. Therefore, it is good wisdom. This is the great Dharma speaker with the four perfect knowledges. Thus, the one with unwavering fearlessness, the nature of the complete maturation of the previously accumulated roots of virtue, naturally accomplishes as long as samsara exists, and perfectly accomplishes the benefit of sentient beings and perfect complete enlightenment. Therefore, this practice of the ninth ground is called the definite practice, because it is manifested and accomplished by the power of aspiration. This practice also definitely leads all fully ripened sentient beings to the three vehicles. Because it is the nature of maturation, it enters into meaningful action. Therefore, the Bodhisattva who has entered the definite conduct, having completely accomplished the work of sentient beings' benefit in one day, cannot be approached even by hundreds of thousands of billions of those with previous conduct. This also has immeasurable, countless, hundreds of thousands of gates of dharani, listening to the Dharma in front of immeasurable, countless Buddhas, Bhagavat, in the ten directions, and not forgetting even after hearing it. As it is heard, it is also proficient in the limbs of sound with countless hundreds of thousands, and with such immeasurable eloquence, in a differentiated way, filling all the realms of the three thousand great thousand worlds, according to their thoughts and desires, teaching the Dharma to sentient beings. Possessing the fearlessness of overwhelming infinite retinues, sitting on the Dharma seat. If one wishes to speak with sound, then with immeasurable kinds of sounds, one makes all the retinues understand the doors of the Dharma. Or, one reveals with various sounds and distinct branches of sound. If one wishes, then from the sound of one letter, the sound of completely distinguishing all dharmas arises. From the pores, from the rays of light, from the sky, and also from the appearances of form, etc., pervading countless world realms. This is a brief summary.

Therefore, the teacher here is perfect. It should also be fully understood in three aspects: perfect wisdom, perfect speech, and perfect speaker. Among them, perfect wisdom refers to teaching the vessel of liberation, etc., through the distinction of the three vehicles. Whatever pertains to the excellent distinctions of lineage and faculties is its object. Perfect speech refers to teaching the Dharma that is proven by individual correct wisdom. This again has four aspects: teaching the twelve parts of scripture; teaching its explanation; teaching accordance in order to follow the minds of others; and teaching conformity in order to teach what can be understood by various names. The twelve parts of scripture are: Sutra, Geya, Vyakarana, Gatha, Udana, Nidana, Avadana, Itivrittaka, Jataka, Vaipulya, Adbhuta-dharma, and Upadesha. Among them, Sutra refers to what clearly expresses the meaning with only single words and sentences. Geya refers to what is expressed in verses only in the middle and at the end of the Sutra. Whatever Sutra of straightforward meaning is also Geya, because it is for the sake of understanding. Vyakarana refers to prophesying the passing away, death, and appearance of the Shravakas. Whatever Sutra of definite meaning is also, because it distinguishes and explains the intention. Gatha refers to what is spoken in verses, namely verses of two lines, three lines, four lines, five lines, and six lines. Udana refers to what is spoken out of joy. Nidana refers to what is specifically narrated, or related to events, or narrates the precepts that have been established. Avadana refers to explaining with metaphors. Itivrittaka refers to what is related to past practices. Jataka refers to what is related to the conduct of Bodhisattvas. Vaipulya refers to what is related to the Bodhisattva Pitaka, which is beneficial and brings happiness to all sentient beings.
