Meditating on the meaning of purity, At the ultimate state, it is like a vajra to destroy all evil destinies. What are the seven aspects of realization? They are the wisdom arising from hearing and thinking, which are difficult to distinguish individually, so they are said to be of an inexpressible nature, each knowing by itself, like a vajra. These are all included within, and here there are no seven aspects. Thus, in the Mahayana Uttaratantra Shastra, it is said: Buddha, Dharma, Sangha, Dhatu, Bodhi, Qualities, Buddha's activities, and the last, The essence of all treatises is summarized, These seven are the vajra places. Thus it is said. Among them, the Three Jewels are the fruit. The Dhatu is the proximate cause. Bodhi, qualities, and activities are the common conditions. The Three Jewels are also mutually cause and effect, as it is said in that place: From the Buddha Jewel arises the Dharma Jewel, and it is also said: From this Mahayana Dharma Jewel arises the assembly of non-returning Bodhisattvas. Those three are also said in that place to be the fruit of the four: The Thusness with defilements and without defilements, The qualities of the Buddha free from defilements, the activities of the Victorious One, From which the three virtues of the Three Jewels arise, Is the realm of those who see the ultimate meaning. Again it is said: Among these four places, the first is the seed of the transcendental Dharma, Relying on individual proper attention, Holding that purity, one should understand that it is the cause of the arising of the Three Jewels, therefore one is the cause. How are the three the conditions? When the Tathagata manifests complete enlightenment in unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, With the ten powers, four fearlessnesses, and the unmixed Dharmas of the Buddha, When the Tathagata performs the thirty-two aspects of activities, Relying on the voice of others, Holding that purity, one should understand that it is the condition for the arising of the Three Jewels, thus the three are the conditions. Some say: From the Buddha arises the Dharma, from the Dharma arises the noble Sangha, From the Sangha, the essence of wisdom Dhatu obtains the limit, Obtaining that wisdom, Bodhi no

Abilities, etc. Possessing all the qualities that benefit all sentient beings. This says that it is the cause of the union of the Three Jewels. The realm is just that. Enlightenment, qualities, and activities are the fruits, so it is also established, so it is said. This verse should also be combined with the meaning previously stated. Although there are two meanings, it is said that only the meaning previously stated is spoken of in the Great Vehicle Uttaratantra, so the others are like that. Thus, this stainless and unobstructed mind of enlightenment is included within the Three Jewels of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Thus, when seventy-one aspects of the path of self-nature difference are realized through the sixfold generation of the mind, it is established that the Bodhisattva has entered the fruit of the Arhat. The aspiration, the nature of the self-Buddha, is also like this Bodhisattva. As it is said: Shariputra, there are Bodhisattvas who attain complete enlightenment alone in realms of the world where no Buddhas reside and no Shravakas exist. They, through skillful means, cause hundreds of thousands of millions of beings to mature in the three vehicles, and attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. This is because one person alone attains Buddhahood individually, so it is self-arisen, and teaches the Dharma without sound, these are the two types of self-Buddhas. Among those who are in accordance with the Dharma, one is because they manifest the Dharma of the Buddha even when neither they nor others have heard it; the other is because they also practice the conduct of the self-Buddha. Why is there no teaching of the Dharma and no expression? Because it is the cause of obtaining the fruit of teaching the Dharma. Thus, there is speech: Without discrimination, there is not; without examination, there is not. Thus it is said, speech is for the sake of distraction, and this also disturbs the mind stream. Therefore, the Bodhisattva makes this aspiration: After becoming a Buddha, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, even without speech, may I be able to accomplish the benefit of sentient beings. Therefore, Buddhahood itself.
