Action is formation, form is consciousness, feeling is conception, feeling is formation, feeling is consciousness, conception is formation, formation is consciousness, formation is consciousness and impermanence, thus think. Also, think of three and three as impermanent, as follows: form, feeling, conception; form, feeling, formation; form, feeling, consciousness; form, conception, formation; form, conception, consciousness; form, formation, consciousness; feeling, conception, formation; feeling, conception, consciousness; feeling, formation, consciousness; conception, formation, consciousness. Also, think of four and four as impermanent, as follows: form, feeling, conception, formation; form, feeling, conception, consciousness; form, feeling, formation, consciousness; form, conception, formation, consciousness; feeling, conception, formation, consciousness. Also, think of the five as impermanent. Form, feeling, conception, formation, and consciousness should all be thought of as impermanent. In this way, when that yogi generates joy in the meaning of impermanence, it is said that he also knows forbearance towards all individual things. When all five aggregates are gathered together, and joy arises from the thought that "these are all impermanent," then it should be understood that this is a general forbearance focused on the truth of suffering. When transitioning from individual forbearance to external forbearance, examples such as mended conch shells, thieves, holes, and black mouths should be cited. Thus, having determined that suffering is impermanent, one should later analyze where this suffering comes from. Therefore, having found certainty that suffering arises from the five aggregates, one should cultivate individual and general forbearance on the origin of suffering. To this, thirty-one (types of practice) should also be added. First, for a while, one should think that form is the cause of suffering. From where does it arise? The subtle particles of the great elements are causes for each other. Likewise, it is also the cause of the seven internal births, etc. As follows: form is birth, abiding, impermanence, complete aggregation, aging, the liberation of reversion, and definitive departure.

Are the causes of those. Having abandoned the wrong liberation and the non-definitive abandonment, the other five are the precepts, etc., that are equally possessed by their own ripening. Feelings, etc., should also be understood as appropriate for the Dharma that is the cause of what. For example: Feeling is the cause of suffering. Formation is the cause of suffering. Consciousness is the cause of suffering. Similarly, when each of the five is pleased to be the cause, then two by two should also be examined as the cause. For example: Form and feeling are the cause of impermanence. Similarly, form and perception, form and formation, form and consciousness, feeling and perception, feeling and formation, feeling and consciousness, perception and formation, perception and consciousness, formation and consciousness, should be thought of as causes. Furthermore, there are also three. For example: feeling and perception, form, feeling and perception, form, feeling and consciousness, form, perception and formation, form, perception and consciousness, form, formation and consciousness, feeling, perception and formation, feeling, perception and consciousness, feeling, formation and consciousness, perception, formation and consciousness, and also four by four. For example: form, feeling, perception and formation, form, feeling, perception and consciousness, form, feeling, formation and consciousness, form, perception, formation and consciousness, feeling, perception, formation and consciousness, should be thought of as causes. Similarly, when craving arises for the meaning of cause, it is called separate forbearance. When all five aggregates are gathered together, and craving is said to be the cause of suffering, then it should be understood as the general forbearance that focuses on the truth of the origin. After that, the non-entry of the aggregate of form, the non-arising of the aggregate of form, the cessation of the aggregate of form, should be thought of as the permanence of transcendence of suffering. Similarly, the cessation of feeling, the cessation of perception, the cessation of formation, the cessation of consciousness, and also two by two, for example: the cessation of form and feeling, the cessation of form and perception, form and formation
