Above the peak of existence is the place of non-contention. From there downwards, as long as Jambudvipa exists, that place is called the palace of Tushita. Similarly, it can be extensively measured for all. Having thoroughly seen it, when Jambudvipa exists below, above is the place of the peak of existence. It is also said: As many places as there are below, so many places are there above. Above that, there is no place. Therefore, this itself is the supreme, so it is called the peak of existence. The third chapter, "Determination of the Vessel World," from "Discrimination of Conditioned and Unconditioned Dharmas," compiled by the great Pandit Ten Powers Glorious Knowledge Friend. The world of sentient beings is of two types. Namely: the world of ordinary beings and the world of noble beings. Among them, the first is of two types. Namely: the birth of bad destinies and the birth of good destinies. Among them, the birth of bad destinies is of three types. Namely: the beings of hell, the beings of animals, and the beings of hungry ghosts. The birth of good destinies is also of two types: namely, the beings of humans and the beings of gods. Again, there are five types: the beings of hell, the beings of animals, the beings of hungry ghosts, the beings of humans, and the beings of gods. Among these, the beings of Asuras are included, and it becomes six types. Among them, the beings of hell are of three types: the place of the eight hot hells, the place of the eight cold hells, and the place of the neighboring hells. The beings of hungry ghosts are of two types. Namely: those with little majesty and those with great majesty. The beings of animals are of three types. Namely: those who move in water, those who move on land, and those who move in the sky. The beings of humans are of four types. Namely: those born in Jambudvipa, those born in Godaniya, those born in Kuru, and those born in Videha. The beings of gods are of three types. Namely: those who enjoy in the desire realm, those who enjoy in the form realm, and those who enjoy in the formless realm. Among them, those who enjoy in the desire realm

There are six modes of generation in the desire realm, namely, the gods of the Great King Heaven, the gods of the Thirty-Three (trāyastriṃśa, Thirty-Three), the gods of the Yama Heaven (yāma, Yama), and the gods of the Tuṣita Heaven (tuṣita, Joyful). By looking, there are the gods of the Nirmāṇarati Heaven (nirmāṇarati, Enjoying Emanation) and the gods of the Paranirmita-vaśavartin Heaven (parinirmitavaśavartin, Controlling Others' Emanations). The sexual acts of these gods are of five kinds, namely: two by two, embracing, holding hands, smiling, and looking. Among them, the sexual act of two by two is that of the Great Kings residing on earth and the Thirty-Three, just like humans. They are completely separated from desire by releasing wind. The sexual act of embracing is that of the Yama gods, who are completely free from desire by merely embracing. Likewise, holding hands is that of the Tuṣita gods. Smiling is that of the gods of the Tuṣita Heaven and the Paranirmita-vaśavartin Heaven. These six desire realm gods are said to be born like children from the age of five to as old as ten. In the form realm, all beings are born fully clothed. There are four modes of generation in the form realm, namely: being born in the place of the first dhyāna, being born in the realm of the second dhyāna, being born in the place of the third dhyāna, and being born in the realm of the fourth dhyāna. Among them, there are three types of beings born in the place of the first dhyāna: the gods of the Brahmakāyika (brahmakāyika, Brahma Body), the gods of the Brahmapurohita (brahmapurohita, Brahma Retinue), and the gods of the Mahābrahman (mahābrahman, Great Brahma). There are three types of beings born in the realm of the second dhyāna: the gods of the Parīttābha (parīttābha, Limited Light), the gods of the Apramāṇābha (apramāṇābha, Immeasurable Light), and the gods of the Ābhāsvara (ābhāsvara, Radiant Light). There are three types of beings born in the realm of the third dhyāna: the gods of the Parīttaśubha (parīttaśubha, Limited Virtue), the gods of the Apramāṇaśubha (apramāṇaśubha, Immeasurable Virtue), and the gods of the Śubhakṛtsna (śubhakṛtsna, All-pervading Virtue). There are eight types of beings born in the realm of the fourth dhyāna: the gods of the Anabhraka (anabhraka, Cloudless), the gods of the Puṇyaprasava (puṇyaprasava, Merit-born), the gods of the Bṛhatphala (bṛhatphala, Great Fruit), and the non-percipient beings are only one aspect of the Great Fruit. These twelve are the places of near birth. The other five are the Pure Abodes, which will be summarized in the world of the noble ones, the non-returners, which will be explained below. How is that? The gods of Avṛha (avṛha, Non-affliction), the gods of Atapa (atapa, Non-heat), the gods of Sudṛśa (sudṛśa, Good View)
