各自以三无数劫圆满，诸佛将成办普贤行。如是说以三十三无数劫可得佛位。诸佛出世的情况是：从众生寿命八万岁递减开始，直到人们寿命百岁之间出现。以前人们寿命增长时不会出现，因为一切都无忧无虑。后来众生寿命缩短时也不会出现，因为那时寿命的浊世会增长。例如：寿浊、劫浊、见浊、烦恼浊、有情浊。第一种使生活衰败。第二种使有益的聚会衰败。第三种和第四种使善的方面衰败。第五种使自身的实物衰败。因为身材、健康、力量、智慧、记忆、稳固都会衰退。独觉佛会在增长和衰减时出现。转轮王会在人们寿命无数岁，以及直到八万岁时出现。也会有胎生、化生或莲花化生。其中转轮圣王有四种：即一洲之主、二洲之主、三洲之主、四洲之主。这些与数量相符，有从虚空中降临的铁轮、铜轮、银轮、金轮。所有这些转轮王的七宝是：轮宝、六牙具足的象宝，是从象族中出现的所有象中的佼佼者。马宝、珠宝、女宝、居士宝、大臣宝。圣者住持说：轮宝是从东方的海洋中出现的，具有千辐、带有轮毂和轮辋。

Each completes three countless eons, and the Buddhas will accomplish the practice of Samantabhadra. It is said that Buddhahood can be attained in thirty-three countless eons. The emergence of Buddhas occurs from the time when beings' lifespans decrease from eighty thousand years until people's lifespans reach one hundred years. Previously, when people's lifespans were increasing, they did not appear because everything was without sorrow. Later, they do not appear when beings' lifespans are shortened because the turbidity of that lifespan increases. For example: the turbidity of lifespan, the turbidity of the eon, the turbidity of views, the turbidity of afflictions, and the turbidity of beings. The first causes the decline of livelihood. The second causes the decline of beneficial gatherings. The third and fourth cause the decline of virtuous aspects. The fifth causes the decline of one's own substance. Because stature, health, strength, wisdom, memory, and stability will decline. Solitary Buddhas will appear during both increase and decrease. Wheel-turning kings will appear when people's lifespans are immeasurable and up to eighty thousand years. There will also be birth from the womb, miraculous birth, or birth from the heart of a lotus. Among them, there are four types of wheel-turning kings: namely, the lord of one continent, the master of two continents, the protector of three continents, and the sovereign of four continents. Corresponding to these numbers, there are iron wheels, copper wheels, silver wheels, and gold wheels that come from the sky. The seven treasures of all these wheel-turning kings are: the wheel jewel, the elephant jewel with six tusks, which comes from the elephant clan and is the best of all elephants. The horse jewel, the jewel jewel, the woman jewel, the householder jewel, and the minister jewel. The venerable Arya Sthavira said: The wheel jewel comes from the eastern ocean, possessing a thousand spokes, a hub, and a rim.

Among them, the ten types of jewel elephants are: black elephant, reddish-yellow elephant, reddish-white elephant, copper elephant, yellowish-white elephant, incense elephant, auspicious elephant, golden elephant, well-trained noble elephant, and six-tusked elephant. Each of these ten types of elephants is ten times stronger than the previous one. The strength of the six-tusked elephant is said to be the strength of nine thousand final existence Bodhisattvas, called the strength of nine thousand elephants. There are also Buddhas in other three-thousandfold great thousand world realms, because one sees many entering into the accumulation of merit, and it is unreasonable for many to be born simultaneously in one field. There is no obstacle to the appearance of Buddhas in other three-thousandfold realms. It is certain that Buddhas will also appear in other three-thousandfold great thousand world realms. Women can also attain the status of a universal monarch and Indra, etc., because women are controlled by others, and women and other precious things do not have the ability to enjoy them. Nor is it particularly superior to solitary realizer and unsurpassed Bodhi. They also live in succession like rhinoceros horns, and it is impossible for them to be the teacher of the three realms. They are also ordinary people who can be tamed, have little wisdom, and cannot attain complete Bodhi without a teacher, and are controlled by others in their actions. From what exhortation and in what aeon will Buddhas appear? Answer: In this fortunate aeon, five Buddhas will appear. Some say five hundred, and others say a thousand Buddhas. The conduct of Bodhisattvas is described in the Fortunate Aeon Sutra. After this fortunate aeon, sixty thousand aeons without Buddhas will appear. After that, an aeon called the Great Number Aeon will appear, in which eighty thousand Buddhas will appear in one aeon. Immediately after the Star Aeon, Buddhas will not appear for three thousand aeons.
