Is called Bhagavan. Therefore, this Bhagavan is the one who has completely destroyed the habitual tendencies. Because the Bhagavan desires benefit, always observes the world six times in the manner of "who decreases, who increases," etc., that is the great compassion of desiring benefit. Knowing the nature, differences, characteristics, classifications, and ultimate reality of all dharmas is the all-knowingness. The ten powers are: namely, the power of knowing what is and what is not; the power of knowing the maturation of karma; the power of knowing various realms; the power of knowing various aspirations; the power of knowing the superior and inferior faculties; the power of knowing the path to all destinations; the power of knowing the arising of pure contemplation, liberation, samadhi, and attainment that are purified from all defilements; the power of knowing the recollection of past lives; the power of knowing death and birth; and the power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements. Their characteristics are stated in the sutra: What is and what is not are existence and non-existence. Cause and non-cause. Thus, knowing what is is what is, and knowing what is not is what is not. Among them, evil deeds are the place of undesirable maturation. It is not the place of desirability. Good deeds are the place of desirability. It is not the place of undesirability. Stinginess is the place of poverty, not the place of great wealth. Giving is the place of great wealth, not the place of poverty. Killing parents who are Arhats, dividing the Sangha, and the characteristic of drawing blood from the Tathagata with malicious intent, committing the deeds of immediate retribution, etc. The mother is an Arhat.

Indra and Brahma, etc., are not abodes, but conversely, everything is an abode. Like that, the wisdom that is without attachment or obstruction to things that are abodes and are abodes is complete understanding. Among them, purity is reality, without inversion. There is no attachment to what is truly pure. In what way is it truly pure? It is unobstructed by knowing all ways. That wisdom itself is strength, because it is extremely difficult for others to overcome. Karma is merit and non-merit, as well as immovability, etc. The merit associated with the form and formless realms is immovability. In some cases, the virtue associated with the three realms is also considered merit. Vipāka is the truth of suffering, etc. Diverse realms are the superior intention that arises from the movement of merit and non-merit, etc. Diverse inclinations are diverse cravings, such as being in desire but craving hatred, being in hatred but craving desire, craving inferior actions, craving vast actions, craving vast actions, craving inferior actions, and so on. The faculties are faith, diligence, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom. Their superiority and non-superiority are inferior, middling, and superior. For example, this is an inferior faculty, etc. The path that goes everywhere is: Here, the Tathagata knows the realms of sentient beings as truly determined and undetermined. He knows and shows the paths that are in accordance with those determined and undetermined realms. Having known those that are determined to be wrong, he treats those that are in accordance with them with equanimity, which is the equanimity that lasts until that time. This is the path that is the antidote to desire. This is the antidote to hatred, etc. The four dhyānas, the eight liberations, the concentrations with investigation and analysis, etc., the four formless absorptions, the nine successive abidings, knowing that by these, all defilements are completely purified and arise. Among them, all defilements are tasting flavors, etc. Complete purification is non-objectification.
