The basis is completely pure, the object is completely pure, the mind is completely pure, and the wisdom is completely pure. Among them, having completely eliminated the habits of all one's own afflictions from the basis of bad states, and being able to take, abide, and transfer objects as one wishes, as well as having mastery over the emanations, transformations, and numbers, this is complete purity of the object in all aspects. As before, all sentient beings are free from bad states, and all minds increase the roots of virtue, this is complete purity of mind in all aspects. As before, the side of ignorance is free from all bad states, and one has mastery over what is to be known and what knows, this is complete purity of wisdom in all aspects. There are ten powers, namely: mastery over life by placing and completely abandoning it. For example, blessing the measure of life to be unspeakable kalpas, and so on. Mastery over the mind by entering into meditative absorption samadhi as one wishes, and by rising from absorption. Mastery over resources by showing how to adorn all worlds with many decorations, and blessing them, and so on, and by abiding near to benefit as one wishes. Mastery over karma by accomplishing the actions of body and speech as one wishes, and by blessing the ripening of karma as the time is right. Mastery over birth by being born as one wishes in all places of birth. Mastery over magical powers by showing manifest knowledge as one wishes, transforming all Buddha-fields, and so on. Mastery over aspiration by perfect aspiration. Whatever one desires to happen, happens as it is, this is mastery over desire. For example, showing all realms of the world completely filled with Buddhas, and so on. Whatever one wants to know, one knows, this is mastery over wisdom. For example, showing the ten powers, the fearlessness, the unmixed qualities of the Buddha, the perfect marks, the complete enlightenment, and so on. Being skilled in distinguishing the divisions of the Sutra Pitaka, and so on, this is mastery over the Dharma. There are four kinds of fearlessness:

Hey! Like this: For perfect complete enlightenment, there is no fear; for the exhaustion of defilements, there is no fear; for teaching the Dharma that obstructs, there is no fear; for definite liberation, there is no fear. There are three kinds of non-guarding, like this: The Tathagata's bodily activity is completely pure, therefore there is no bodily activity that is not completely pure. There is no thought of completely concealing certain things that others do not know. This is the first kind of non-guarding. Similarly, the activity of speech is the second. The activity of mind is the third. There are three kinds of unmixed mindfulness, like this: When the Tathagata teaches the Dharma, some people listen respectfully, and listen attentively, and keep all knowledge in their minds, and practice the Dharma that is in accordance with the Dharma. In this way, the Tathagata will not be pleased, the mind will not be happy, and the mind will not be particularly superior. Others do not listen respectfully, do not listen attentively, and so on. To this, the Tathagata is not unhappy, not distressed, not intolerable, not disobedient, and the mind is not displeased. Some people listen respectfully, some people do not listen respectfully, and after listening, they decide to abandon, and so on. Therefore, the Tathagata will not change for happiness and distress. Completely abide in abandonment, and be endowed with mindfulness and awareness. In order to benefit sentient beings, the things to be done will not miss the opportunity, this is the Dharma nature of non-forgetfulness. Even if the defilements are calmed, but some people behave as if they have not abandoned the defilements, this is the habit of defilements. Just like wiping sesame flowers with cloth, etc., even if the sesame flowers are removed, there is still a subtle smell mixed with it. In this regard, the habit of ignorance is an obstacle to the complete use of knowable things. The habits of desire and so on are also the cause of the difference in body and speech behavior. For example, when a monk used to be a monkey, he would jump when walking; when he used to be a Brahmin, he would speak the words of the lowly. All of the Tathagata's have disappeared, because the habits of defilements have been completely destroyed.
