If one abides in the nature of perfect accomplishment, the wisdom of seeing the Dharma will not arise, because these are not separate from what is imputed. If that is the case, if one sees the Dharmas that exist in conventional truth, then one should acknowledge that the Dharmas of what is imputed exist. Having mentioned "discrimination" and so on, because there is not even a little bit of a real thing called conventional truth, because the Dharmas of what is imputed will be established as existing. Sound and discrimination are called conventional truth, like this, the meaning that one wants to express with the mind, when expressed with sound, that is called the sound of conventional truth. Sound and discrimination will also generate the appearance of things like a vase. Therefore, discrimination that is not related to mind and sound, relying on the ultimate truth, is the opposite of conventional discrimination, that is its meaning. In order to show that meaning, it is said "how" and so on, what is indicated by name is also the ultimate truth. In order for others to understand, indicating with sound that it is the ultimate truth, that abides in conventional truth, that is its meaning. Because the ultimate truth is suchness, that is the ultimate truth. Similarly, language is not its object, what is not the object of language is also not the object of mind. Now, in order to show that the teachings of the Bhagavan also abide in conventional truth, it is said "knowledge" and so on, like this, because the meaning of sound is not the ultimate truth. The meaning of "not abiding in knowledge" is that because the disciples have not understood the Dharmas of aggregates, elements, and sources that were taught, the capable one, that is, the Bhagavan, has taught and spoken, relying on the ultimate truth, he has taught emptiness and the separate Dharmas, that is its meaning. Like this, when a yogi abides in conventional truth, then he will see the Dharma. When he abides in the ultimate truth, because the Dharmas of what is imputed do not exist, how will he see those Dharmas, that is its meaning. Furthermore, why do sentient beings abide in conventional truth?

It is said, "growth," and so on. Long-term growth is due to the habit of conceptualizing conventionally since beginningless time. Children become fond of ignorance. The mind is attached to elaboration because it is not the ultimate truth, but conventional words and concepts. Now, saying "this is growing" means "it will grow." These show that those who speak of external objects are ignorant, and to show that yogis are children, it is said, "signs," and so on. For the sake of establishing signs, the yogi, due to the power of habit, the mind itself appears as the image of the object, there is no external object, who is the wise one in the sense of establishing? Whenever these differences of distinctions do not subside. There is nothing that does not change. That is its meaning. In order to show the benefit of seeing the selflessness of phenomena and abiding happily in the Dharma, it is said, "selflessness," and so on. By focusing the mind on all phenomena as selfless, one obtains equanimity, and one will become endowed with equanimity. Similarly, if all imputed phenomena have no phenomena, like sleep, there is no desire, this is the nature of being like sleep. Like tired thoughts, by completely protecting the path of imputation and so on, one will see it like tired thoughts, that is its meaning. In order to show the actions of body and mind when meditating on emptiness and seeing emptiness, it is said, "eyes," and so on. Because all phenomena are emptiness, seeing that all phenomena are without self-nature, the eyes do not close, and the head does not rise high. Similarly, mind and mental factors will cease, and the entering consciousness and feelings, etc., will be like sleep, that is its meaning. Similarly, because the path of seeing has arisen, in order to generate the path of cultivation, the necessity is shown by two verses, it is said, "signs," and so on. Seeing these previously shown signs, through the path of seeing, realizing the selflessness of phenomena, the benefit I have made, one can see it. That is its meaning.
