After becoming unmoving, again like A thousand rays of light arising, Because of opposition, darkness cannot enter, Temporary states also cannot arise. That temporary state is also like this, Although it is said to be emptiness of knowing and not knowing, It does not fall into the meaning That is not known in the world. Non-existence itself and form itself, This, in conventional and ultimate truth, For phenomena that are without substance, Whose is existence or non-existence? Saying, "You should not remember," if You say that this prohibition is remembering, How can one understand, other than From the sound, that it is without existence? From conceptual thought, one knows meanings, From the wisdom of meaning, conceptual thought also arises, Since both are phenomena of conceptual thought, What is existent, what is non-existent? By meditating on what basis, Does non-existence also become existence? If you accept it as such, Then existence itself is also attained. Likewise, existence and non-existence, and Pleasure, pain, etc., are regarded as non-existent, All that is established by dependence, Like the distinctions of long and short. When the suffering of a person is pacified, It is greatly increased and called happiness, The decay of happiness is suffering, These two are dependent. Since everything arises from dependence, All these should be known. If one does not depend on one, Then others cannot be comprehended. Other-elimination is consciousness, Making the object of experience non-existent, By establishing showing and so forth, Some create true confusion. Letters, words, and speech, And signs and terms, The relationship between action and agent, Should not be spoken falsely. Why is a five-syllable or A three-syllable verse not desired? Since the expresser depends on the expressed, It changes like the vows of the dakinis. Phenomena are to be grasped, Those who claim to be wise in the past, Why do worldly people enter Afflictions by combining sounds? When this is said to be a nose, It becomes a turning of the head, With the hand of a bent arm, Who will point when asked? The worldly person who is the nature of sound, Does not naturally become respectful? Like a group of frogs making sounds, And a hiding place in the middle of a rock, Since there is no connection With another's awareness of another, it is unreasonable. By striking another with a sword, Others
