It is like that. If you ask what it is like? Therefore, just as conceptual thoughts arise from the root mind, and relying on the root mind, conceptual thoughts arise, when that arises, it is also desired to be seen. Like that, becoming an abiding one, relying on the pure noble one, non-conceptual wisdom arises. It is said like that. For example, various kinds of seeds reside in the Alaya consciousness. When they are fully ripened, conceptual thoughts arise in the manner of cause and effect with each other. Then, the Alaya consciousness itself generates seeds and makes them grow. Then, the fruit of growth, conceptual thoughts, arise again. This is the same as that. When the wisdom of non-duality arises relying on the transformation of the basis, it is considered to be only accomplishing the transformation of the basis. It is taught like that, therefore, that also accomplishes that. It is said like that. Because all elaborations are completely destroyed, true wisdom and suchness are ultimately the Great Vehicle. How is that? Therefore, because the basis, the place, the object, the fruit, and the support are great, that itself is the meaning of the noble one, and it is called the Great Vehicle. It is said like that. The basis is the perfect accumulation of the collections of merit and wisdom in three countless eons. The place is the Dharmadhatu. The object is all the Dharma of the Sutras. The fruit is omniscience itself. The support is the mind of enlightenment. Those are not common to the Hearers and Solitary Realizers, and because they are vast, they are great. Because they possess those, Bodhisattvas are also called great, and their vehicle is the Great Vehicle. Or, that vehicle itself possesses those great aspects, so it is called the Great Vehicle. Because the transcendental wisdom is free from all conceptual thoughts, this is Samadhi. This is wisdom. How can it be established that this wisdom arises in relation to Samadhi? Therefore, the object and the subject are equally equal, and on the movement of factual wisdom. It is said like that. The nature of what is called the movement of wisdom.

What is it? It is an entity where the object of focus and the subject of focus are equal, because there is neither an object of focus nor a subject of focus there. Therefore, it is said to be equal. Because of non-duality, there is no difference between samadhi and wisdom, and between the place and the support. Therefore, samadhi and wisdom are non-dual. Because of non-duality, it is also thought that there is no entity of place and support. What is meant by the equality of the object of focus and the subject of focus? Therefore, it is said: In the absence of grasping and being grasped, because they are the entities of the grasped and the grasper, in non-conceptualization, the object of focus and the subject of focus are considered equal. It means that the entity of the grasper and the grasped turns back from there and merges into there. Therefore, non-conceptual wisdom is said to be so in the ultimate truth. This is mind. These are mind-born. Such an establishment arises at the time of dualistic grasping. Bodhisattvas and even Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also appear when names are given. When the characteristic of non-duality, which is true wisdom, arises, from where does the establishment of mind and mind-born arise? Therefore, it is said, if it does not merge, it means that one should think that conceptualization does not merge at that time. At the time of dualistic grasping, the establishment of mind and mind-born, if it does not merge at that time, from where does the establishment of the steadfast ones arise? This is what is said in the chapter of questions. Now, in order to show the second question, things and so on are said. The conceptualization that appears as the self-nature of things, because it enters into the general aspect, is called mind. Whatever appears as the difference of that thing, such as feeling, etc., because it enters into the difference, it is established as mind-born. Therefore, it is said: The conceptualization that appears as the self-nature of things is called mind, and whatever difference of it appears is established as mind-born. This is what is said. Some people think that mind and

If it is said that what arises from the earth are only different, then how can one understand the terms "essence" and "difference"? Therefore, it is said: For example, relying on the essence, just as the differences are established, similarly, relying on the mind, the mind-born are distinguished. It is said that, for example, form, feeling, and perception only show the essence. Relying on that, because it can become form, the differences such as form are established. Those differences such as being obstructive and demonstrable are not different from form and so on. This distinction of mind-born phenomena based on mind should also be viewed in the same way. Or, let alone establishing the characteristics of difference, it is said that if one examines the generalities, they are not visible. Therefore: When in this place, the essence of things, does not exist at all, then of what difference, could there possibly be existence? That is to say: If things are analyzed, the imputed existence and its basis, if they exist as two, neither is possible, because the aggregate is admitted to be the imputed existence by them. Its basis is also, because the subtle particles and so on have different directional parts, there is nothing. If that does not exist, how could difference exist? If things have no essence, then where does all that appears come from? Therefore: These, all are illusions, here there is no mind nor mind-born. It is said that, except for being inverted, even the slightest dharma is not visible, so the Blessed One said. Therefore, what is called mind or mind-born is merely inverted. Because discrimination has entered from beginningless time, the forms of discrimination are different, so it is said that they are different. Because mind and mind-born are different. Therefore, if discrimination does not enter, then only the wisdom of the nature of non-confusion is established. It is said that, therefore, is to complete the context and summarize, truly.
