Moreover, that is also only the nature of the completely imputed, and it is not only the nature of the grasper and the grasped. The self-character of things, the object of the conduct of the noble wisdom, is also not truly existent, which has already been shown by reason and scripture before. The distinctions of defilement and purification, etc., are also not truly established anywhere as relying on the self-character of things as truly existent. The Blessed One himself has already said that this is established as relying on conventional truth. If it is said that all things are initially unborn, therefore it is said to be unborn, etc., then there will be no faults such as establishing the established. Because, thus, all dharmas are unborn because they are each pacified from the beginning in the ultimate sense, and it is not only because samsara is beginningless, nor because it has previously ceased and does not arise. It is also not because a dharma that did not previously exist does not arise. Or, even if the Blessed One allows to show things as unborn, etc., in these ways in order to completely abandon the fear of childish beings, it must be determined that it is not only these, because it has already been shown before that there is no arising from self and other, etc. If the self-nature of the completely imputed and the non-arising of self-nature, then it is not establishing the established, this is what is to be explained now. Just like illusion, etc., since the arising of name has been promised, it is not that non-arising is promised because there is no arising in all ways, nor is it truly existent, therefore it is not contradictory to what is seen, etc. Since all dharmas are of one taste in the nature of the selflessness of the dharmadhatu, even if non-arising is promised because there is no special arising only in the aspect of suchness, it is not establishing the established. It is also not said that there is no difference arising from considering the nature that is famous in the world, therefore it is not contradictory to what is seen, etc. Since things are separated from the arising of the character of action, and because they are not born from Ishvara, etc., even if non-arising is promised, it is only

It is not merely so, as it has been said before, therefore it will not become undesirable. If it is said that there are other contradictions with many Sutras, then all of those have already been answered. If it is said that for the sake of accomplishing the three vehicles, inferring the differences in lineage from the differences in faith, which are measured by the differences in practice, then that is also not capable of accomplishing the three vehicles, because the differences in vehicles to be accomplished are immeasurable. By this, by what means can it be determined that only the three vehicles are accomplished? It is not possible to definitively recognize that there are three measurable lineages, because from that, immeasurable differences in lineage will be known. It is also said in the Sutra, therefore, the differences in vehicles will become immeasurable. For sentient beings, by what means can the inference of lineage differences be definitively accomplished? Having practice and differences in faith also do not appear definite, because what is to be accomplished is indefinite. For example, sometimes those who seem to be solely engaged in the thought of benefiting others, may also, due to encountering unwholesome friends and so on, groundlessly delight in causing suffering to others. Similarly, those who groundlessly always focus on delighting in causing suffering to others, may also, due to encountering virtuous friends and so on, also appear to be solely engaged in the thought of benefiting others. Those who are attached to what is beneficial and slightly pleasurable for themselves, and who always focus on harming others, may also focus on the reversal of the desire to harm others. Similarly, those who diligently strive to accomplish what is perfectly beneficial for themselves, and who seem to delight in harming others, may also appear to be solely engaged in benefiting others. Those who only desire the happiness of samsara, and who see that as doing good deeds, may also turn away from desiring the happiness of existence, and also appear to be doing those things. Therefore, from the indefinite appearance of practice, it can be inferred that faith is indefinite, and in that inference, the differences in lineage are also recognized as being of an indefinite nature. Therefore, the differences in lineage.
