Also. Acknowledging the existence of things leads to extreme views of permanence and annihilation, becoming a transformation of self-nature into permanence or impermanence. Such things have been explained. Therefore, existence in the conforming side is not a contradictory reason, for whatever exists only in the non-conforming side becomes contradictory, but not existence in the conforming side. Illusions and the like are also not reasonable as things, because they are of a nature that does not conform to knowledge, objects of knowledge, and characteristics, as previously shown. There is no other nature of things other than knowledge and objects of knowledge. In this regard, even if one does not see that sky flowers and the like have the nature of being unborn, dependent arising becomes endowed with a true nature. However, there is no connection here, so it cannot be established as contradictory through that means, because the entry of the pervasive does not establish the pervasive. Furthermore, if one says that illusions and the like are false, then the very nature of dependent arising is not established. Therefore, the establishment of the example is incomplete. Such a statement is also irrelevant. If, thinking from the nature of ultimate truth, one says that illusions and the like are unborn, then that is what is desired. We also do not think from the birth of ultimate truth to present it as reasoning, but rather it is only from the appearance established for both. As previously shown, it is not the case that one relies on the limits of establishment to show reasoning, the subject of the proposition, and so on. However, if one wants to say that illusions and the like are not born even in name, then saying so is only reversing the world, so we do not need to strive to reverse this. Who, with a calm mind, sees the causes and conditions of illusions and the like, secret mantras, medicines, and so on, and still says that they do not see birth? This only becomes a laughingstock for the wise, so it should be especially prevented. Thus, the reason is not unestablished either. The Blessed One also said: Whatever is born from conditions is unborn. In that nature

The present birth does not exist either. Those that depend on conditions are said to be empty. Whoever knows emptiness is a cautious person. Thus it is said. In what was taught by the noble Blo Gros Gya Tsho (Wisdom Ocean), it is also said: Those that arise from dependence, in their essence, there is nothing at all. Those that have no essence, those do not arise anywhere. Thus it is said. The teacher also said: Whatever arises from dependence, that is pacified in its essence. Therefore, what is to be produced and birth itself are also pacified. Thus it is said. Again, whatever arises dependently, that is said to be emptiness. That itself is the Middle Way. Thus it is said. If someone says that conceptualizations such as destruction harm the arising of the ultimate truth, etc., that is also not reasonable. What is harm? If it is said that it is to prove it to be false, that is exactly what we want. Therefore, this is called conventional truth. If it is famous by reason, then it would become ultimate truth, not conventional truth. Or, if harm is the elimination of fame, that is also not reasonable. Because illusions and so on are harmed by valid cognition, the nature of falsehood is not unknown in the world. Therefore, it is also not reasonable to say that the delusion of consciousness, the truly existing thing, is thus known in the world as the nature of illusion and so on. Because for knowing that there are various different aspects in one thing is contradictory, so the nature of illusion and so on is impossible. Moreover, in the world, they are not known as the nature of consciousness. Even if illusion and so on can be considered as the nature of consciousness, however, since consciousness itself seems to hold the false aspect inseparably from it, it is also false like it. If it is not so, then what is the nature and connection of truth and untruth? Therefore, there is no delusion in this. If harm is contradiction, that is also not reasonable. If it has no contradiction in itself, then how can it be acted upon by valid cognition? Or, it has contradiction in itself, and if that is also to be proved by valid cognition, then proving

Depending on this, what would not be desired? If contradictory things do not appear, then this has already been answered. Furthermore, according to those who claim to be within the knowable, in the non-dual consciousness, when the two aspects of ocean, mountain, land, and river, etc., appear, if it is approximated to say that they are truly existent, then how can contradictory things follow the appearance in one thing? Those who claim to be within the knowable must also admit that consciousness is to some extent mistaken. If it is not so, then everything would only be seeing reality, and there would be no debate with the opponents. Therefore, for those whose eyes are damaged by omens of death, phantoms before the eyes, yellow eyes, etc., how can the contradictory two aspects of body, etc., appear? For the nature of consciousness, the nature of truth, what relation do these false appearances have to it? Because truth and untruth are contradictory. Moreover, according to your doctrine, contradiction does not appear. Therefore, everything would only be directly seeing reality, so the effort of those who desire liberation to meditate on reality becomes meaningless. If someone thinks that although the mistaken consciousness appears as various aspects, it appears as contradictory, but it is not regarded as contradictory, because its object is a thing. Through the subsequent inference caused by the power of things, contradiction is only spoken when the thing itself is acknowledged, but not for what is intended to be false. If it is not so, then the subsequent inference will not be caused by the power of things. Therefore, the false aspects of consciousness associated with error will also appear. For it, contradictory words such as "it is this" and "it is other" will not be spoken either, if you think so, If so, then why speak of contradiction for conventional cause and effect things? Because for false things, the object of subsequent inference caused by the power of things cannot exist, so do not speak of contradiction for this either. If it is said, it will surely accomplish our view.
