Your various appearances have no connection with its own nature, nor with the characteristics arising from it. For the characteristics of truth and untruth, which exist by mutually abandoning each other, contradict being its own nature. Moreover, it is not accepted that untruth arises from anything. Even if it arises, these will not appear as its own nature at the same time, because cause and effect are different in time and essence. It is also not reasonable to assert that it appears without any connection, because it would be too extreme. Therefore, undoubtedly, since it is admitted that the appearances of one's own nature, which is inseparable from the nature of realization, are unreal, it must be admitted that they are connected by the characteristics of its own nature. Therefore, both become false. If it is not so, how can the nature of realization, together with the various appearances of falsehood, be experienced as its own nature? Therefore, let go of this rope of attachment to truth! The Blessed One also said that the Dharma fully awakened by the Thus-Gone One has neither truth nor falsehood.

It is not the knowable object of perception. Because it is also not certain that other objects of perception are inverted. Therefore, it is not reasonable to say that those with conceptual thought cannot realize it directly through perception. However, according to the second view, what is being established is precisely what needs to be established. We also do not admit that those who only see this shore can directly see such profound suchness of the Dharma. However, even if someone like you cannot realize such suchness, why cannot it be understood that yogis who have accumulated immeasurable collections of merit and wisdom for countless eons, have obtained the means to perfect all resources, and have dispelled all obscuring darkness with the light of true wisdom arising from meditating on the true meaning, can directly realize that all dharmas are without self-nature? The reasons for this will be explained later. As for saying that "the object of perception is real," that is also not established. Because the perception of those who only see this shore, like the perception of those with cataracts, has false objects such as form, and therefore it is not reasonable to be the true object of real self-nature. If it were not so, then it would follow that everyone would see suchness. The wisdom of Buddhas and Bodhisattva great yogis is also not established as having real objects, because they have not seen any real self-nature. As it is said in the Holy Bodhisattva Pitaka: "He sees all dharmas as without self-nature, without cessation, naturally peaceful, extremely unborn, unarisen, unmanifest, and also completely extinguished. What he sees, he also does not see, completely does not see. This is true seeing and seeing as it is. Again, what is seeing all dharmas as they are? It is not seeing this one." Thus it is said. In the Holy Dharma Collection Sutra it is also said: "Not seeing all dharmas is the supreme seeing."

Thus it is said. Therefore, the object of direct perception is not established as a real entity. If it is said that anything that does not exist cannot possibly generate consciousness, that is also not reasonable. We also do not admit that anything like a rabbit's horn, which does not exist, can generate direct perception. However, great yogis who meditate on all phenomena as illusions and reflections, as they are, attain samadhi arising from the culmination of meditating on the true meaning, and possess inconceivable and extraordinary power. How is it that those yogis realize that all phenomena are without self only through direct perception? Such wisdom arises that clearly and directly perceives the thusness of all phenomena as without self. This is called 'not seeing,' but it is not an entity that negates non-existence. If it is said that direct perception also has an essence, etc., as stated, then although all phenomena are unborn in the ultimate sense, the direct perception of oneness is also without essence in the ultimate sense. However, all establishments such as direct perception rely on conventional truth, and therefore are not contradictory. Although Madhyamikas say that all phenomena are without essence in the ultimate sense, they do not want to cut off all conventions, or the cause of establishing the consciousness of yogis, the consciousness of individual beings, and noble persons, etc., through conventions. However, that which has no cause at all times, even in the conventional sense, does not arise even in name, like a rabbit's horn, etc. That which exists, even though it has no essence in the ultimate sense, arises, like illusions and reflections, etc. Although these illusions, etc., are interdependent arising, they do not fall into being real entities, because they are harmed by reputation and valid cognition. Similarly, although all phenomena are interdependent arising, they do not fall into being real entities.
