Sa! Why is this being said? Because by the power of reasoning, cause and effect, etc., are not permissible. Precisely for this reason, the Bhagavan said that birth is as it appears. Furthermore, "permissible" refers to the valid cognition that cognizes it, as well as abiding, aging, impermanence, and so on. Because the nature of this is the unborn dharma, it is the unborn dharma, then its dharma is not the birth of ultimate truth, that is its synonym. Even at the time of complete enlightenment, it is because it is free from the aspects fabricated by correct knowledge. Therefore, the dharma is unborn. To dispel the doubt that "it is not the case that it has become the nature in that way before," it is said: always, that is, at all times. This is also a synonym for the time when complete enlightenment has not been attained, like this: "In this, there is nothing to be abandoned, nor is there anything to be established, look at reality with reality, seeing reality is liberation." It is said in the sutra. All dharmas, refers to those other than the Tathagata. Similar to the Sugata, refers to the unborn dharmas, because those are also harmed by valid cognition, so they do not go beyond this nature. Then, if so, how do people apply the terms birth, abiding, and destruction to things like form and so on? To this, it is explained: Because of clinging to characteristics, arising from the habit of inversion that has been present since beginningless time, clinging to things as appearing real. Because they are not accustomed to examining the truth of things, the unwise are foolish. Those who have not developed wisdom through the stages of hearing, thinking, or meditating are referred to in that way. Non-existent dharmas, that is, things like form, etc., that are associated with birth, etc., are also given names because they appear to be real. The nature as it appears, is because it is pleasing when not examined. Examination of this conventional truth, examination is not allowed. Regarding this examination as previously stated, are the things of cause and effect conventional truth? Are they known by knowledge with aspects? Similarly, how do you think? Is it that many make one?

However, saying "not done" and so on, that is baseless, without foundation. Why? Like this, if one analyzes what is said as it is, then the harm will become the place to be stopped. Why? Because the meaning has gone elsewhere, if one abandons the meaning of the moment, it will become a conclusion because it relies on other arguments. This needs to be explained in detail: We Madhyamikas have not previously analyzed this conventional truth, if you analyze it, we will stop it. If the analysis is done, those are unreasonable, then it is just unreasonable. What harm is there to us? However, like the conventional truth of the nature of appearance, previously relying on it, after promising, later you analyze that conventional truth as it is said, then it will be from the real meaning, turning to other meanings, therefore it will cause harm, it will only become a defeat. From the real meaning to other meanings, that is the unrelated meaning, placing it as the place to be stopped is wise. If it is said that it is not the characteristic of what is said as it is, that is, it is not like the nature of appearance, but only relying on the meaning of the promise that follows reason, if it is named conventional truth, then even if such a fault is said to it, there is no harm to us, because there is no turning to other meanings. For other sentient beings who have great attachment to the appearance of things, who are controlled by other forces, they hate the ultimate truth very much and look for faults, then if things are only not ultimately born, then why at that time do you say this, from the cause of fire and seeds etc., the nature of smoke and sprouts etc., from not appearing before, it must appear? Answering this fault: You and the cowherds etc. sentient beings who are harmed by the poison of bad attachment etc., see like this, like this smoke etc. appear from the cause of fire etc., therefore what else is there to say about this? There is nothing that has not happened before to say, this is the conclusion, like this you appear as many parts of smoke etc., we are the same.
