And to the noble Bodhisattvas, I pray. With minds utterly pure towards the direction of their manifest qualities, kneeling on the ground and squatting, joining palms, one should recite after the Lama and receive. What is the discipline? It is said: joining palms is the physical expression, reciting after the Lama is the verbal expression, because these two are the recognition of respect for the Lama. The two expressions of body and speech are the nature of the four great elements. If needed, without senses, soundless, subtle, the subtle dust substances are eight. Those with body senses have nine substances, other senses have ten substances. As it is said, taking earth and so on as the cause, the nature of expression, the Dharma of the mind, the discipline, arises at the end of the ritual. Once arisen, if there is no cause for decline, it will follow until enlightenment. Thus, for butchers and so on, it is not discipline, it arises starting from the act of killing. In the Abhidharmakosha it is said: Even for those who are asleep or distracted, the continuum of virtue and non-virtue, taking the four great elements as the cause, is called non-expression. Thus it is. Generating the mind is for the benefit of others, desiring perfect and complete enlightenment. Arising from refuge, immeasurable, the merit of a moment's mind, if it were to have form, would surpass even the sky. At the same time as generating the mind, the wise turn their minds away from all misdeeds, are always delighted by happiness and suffering, and both compassion and virtue increase. Here also it is said: This is the power of the Bodhicitta, which exhausts past sins and gathers the ocean of merit, therefore it is said to be supreme in the Hearer Vehicle. As it is said. Seeing the fruit, people enter, therefore the benefits of the Bodhicitta are explained, such as the eon. In countless eons, even if suffering arises, one does not regret it, nor does one desire happiness, there is no attachment or fear, no anger, the mind is steadfast, it is called endurance. That is the Hearers and so on. Their masters are the Tathagatas. They only see that this Bodhicitta is beneficial. For whom, in the three times and three realms, there is nothing unknown

Yes. Because it is said that from the bliss arising from the Bodhicitta, with the mind endowed with bliss, with the Samadhi, one is liberated as it is known. Bliss is without outflows, in the land of great joy and so on, by increasing the radiance, causing the attainment of immeasurable beings, that is what liberates. Or by joy and so on, the light greatly increases, satisfying beings with bliss. All beings are light, they sink into the great bliss. Therefore, shaving the head and so on are not the path, that is clear. If one does not wish to attain Buddhahood, then even for those who desire higher realms, it is necessary to stabilize the Bodhicitta, therefore it is said, Samsara and so on. Suffering is birth, sickness, old age, death, separation from the desired, encountering the undesired, and so on, symbolizing hundreds of sufferings. Those who wish to be liberated from the suffering of their own Samsara, and those who wish to destroy the suffering of other beings such as bondage, beatings, threats, dissatisfaction, etc., through generosity, kind speech, beneficial action, and consistency, and those who wish to experience immeasurable bliss of gods and humans, should never abandon the Bodhicitta. In the Sutra Pitaka it is also said, monks, even for the sake of life, one should not abandon the Bodhicitta. For example, when the demon raised the right hand of the venerable Shariputra, he cut off his right hand and gave with his left hand, the demon said he would not accept the giving with the left hand. Shariputra wanted to abandon the Bodhicitta, but was stopped by the Buddha. The seventh consciousness should also not be abandoned. It is not appropriate to abandon something without fault and with immeasurable benefits. Those who desire supreme status and respect, etc., should also take it, therefore it is said, called Bodhicitta and so on. Samsara itself is a prison, because it is bound by desire and so on. Whoever is bound and miserable there, is called a Buddha's son, because in the moment of arising the ultimate mind, one realizes the nature of all things such as desire. Or, in the moment of arising wisdom and intelligence.
