Because there is no fear and no attachment, one does not protect the body, when will one be able to abide? This also explains that there is no attachment to the external and internal. Three verses explain that practicing in the charnel ground is beneficial: When will one be able to equally regard the bones of those who died before and one's own body as the nature of decay, when one's own body is in the charnel ground? This is explaining that my body, etc., is easy to understand. It is the place of mistaking as me, considering it as the only one due to illusion, born together with the body composed of dust particles, the fragments of energy also decay and separate, not to mention other relatives and friends. Therefore, whether born or dead, one is alone, the suffering part of it will not be shared by children, etc., what is the use of those obstacles to virtuous deeds? Just as a person entering the road occupies a dwelling for the sake of staying at night, taking birth by revolving in the six realms, because one will not stay for long, so do not be attached to it. Three verses explain the merits of living alone: Even if one cannot abandon the house, one knows that one will be forced to abandon it later, at the time of death, four people will carry the corpse out of the house, until it is carried outside, the son "Kyi Hud" (Tibetan transliteration), etc., before the worldly people do not grieve, one should go to the forest. Even if one praises this body, there is no joy, and there is no anger for unpleasant things, because both will decay, and it is an inanimate object. Because there are not these two, one has already died at the moment of previous birth, because there is no consciousness, so it is the same. At the time of death, one will not grieve because of worldly sorrow, because it is an inanimate object. Close relatives will not harm the mind of those living in the forest with the grief of separation from him, because they are not nearby. Remembering the Buddha, etc., and focusing on reality, etc., included in the word "etc.," will not distract people. Therefore, because there is no need to raise children, etc., a small group is sure to be easy to support, abandoning all distractions, one should always live alone with a happy mood. After explaining the solitude of the body, now explain the solitude of the mind: Abandoning all other thoughts, with the mind focused on one's own mind, strive to make the mind attain peace and discipline.

地狱中有名为 শালmala(梵文天城体:शाल्मलि,梵文罗马拟音:śālmalī,汉语字面意思:肖棉)的树。

It should be done. Because it is the opposite of samadhi, it is said that conceptual thoughts should be abandoned. The so-called five objects of desire are the cause of destruction. In this and the other world, in this world, by means of binding, killing, and cutting. Like the sacrifice of Brahma, others who cannot be killed, the two goddess sisters named Sunda and Upasunda, because they were attached to the vidyadhari Tilottama, abandoned their love for each other and fought, and eventually died. For the sake of Sita, Rama died. In the other world, in hell and so on. In hell, there is a tree called শালmala (Sanskrit Devanagari: शाल्मलि, Sanskrit Romanization: śālmalī, Chinese literal meaning: Silk-cotton tree). The thorns are sixteen fingers long. Sharp, burning trees are forced. Those who practice wrong conduct are made to climb. And so on. For the sake of other women, etc., whether male or female messengers. In order to take their messages and the wealth they send. Joining palms and saying, "By your grace, how can I and he meet, please do so." Sinning for the sake of any desire, or not being pure, not practicing anything before. A place of fear, in the residence of the king's concubine, etc., exhausting one's own body. Clothes, ornaments, paints. And camphor and other wealth are exhausted. Who can embrace tightly and be satisfied? Pointing to the skeleton in the cemetery and saying. This bone is this, not another. It is that of the dead. Especially now that it has become free, not possessed, embracing as one pleases, why won't you be satisfied? Therefore, you are truly foolish. Like this, clinging to impermanent, meaningless, impure things, thereby severing the two worlds. Speaking in relation to clinging to one's own wife. In order to see clearly, the wife who is lazy because of shyness, with an extremely greedy mind, you lift her skirt, and the wife puts it down because of shyness. In the cemetery, before the future, did you see it? Or how much did you see? In Mathura, or the central region, the faces of the noble women are covered with veils. That face is now being pecked at by vultures in the cemetery, look at it as you please. What is it like? In order to see the face, you cannot bear the fatigue. Seeing unpleasant things and feeling afraid, why are you running away? Thinking that you should not be seen by anyone, you look at others out of the corner of your eye.
