Where do sleep and other things not occur? Because it hits the mark. Similarly, it is the same when hatred strikes the mind. What do gains and honors offer to one's relatives and so on? All those servants and others who depend on him also want to kill this lord. Because hatred is displeasing. Even relatives are afraid of someone who harbors hatred. Even if they provide a living, servants will not rely on him because of many faults. In short, there is nothing in this world that brings peace. What can make someone filled with hatred feel happy? Because suffering such as killing arises in this very life. The wisdom of the enemy, whichever wise person, will quell anger with strong attachment. In this way, one will feel happy in this life and the next. To eliminate hatred, the causes are analyzed and explained. Doing what is unwanted, and the displeasure that arises from destroying the desire for the cause of happiness, that itself is food. The hatred that arises from relying on it will grow, thereby destroying oneself. Without a cause, there will be no result, so the enemy's food should be destroyed. Because that enemy has nothing else to do other than destroy my virtuous life. The antidote to hatred is patience, which has three aspects. As stated in the Sutra of Compilation: enduring suffering, not taking harm to heart, and having a definite understanding of the Dharma. Here, we will first explain from the first aspect, which is "what" and so on. The Precious Cloud Sutra says: Endure and accept these inner sorrows, lamentations, displeasure, and conflicts. The Moon Lamp Sutra also says: Having a strong attachment to happiness, not abandoning suffering, even if life is cut off, I will not disturb joy. Because even if unpleasant things are done, wishes will not be fulfilled, and virtuous deeds will decline. The joy and satisfaction that come from remembering the Dharma are called joy. Explaining the reasons, which is "if" and so on. In order to prevent desire from destroying desire, and to prevent unwanted things from happening, if it can be remedied, then it should be done at that time, what is the use of being displeased with it? If it cannot be remedied, then what is the use of doing this? Getting used to suffering will not

It is said: Suffering is physical, contempt is mental, and harsh words are words that touch the point. All these bad reputations are not desired by me and my friends. The one who causes suffering, etc., is the enemy, and conversely, they desire suffering, etc. The pleasure of contaminated things is sometimes obtained, but suffering is always easy to obtain, so one should get used to it. Furthermore, liberation from samsara is only suffering, because suffering causes regret for samsara, and thus one seeks liberation. Therefore, O sentient beings, be steadfast in enduring suffering! Furthermore, the son of the goddess Chamunda fasted on the great ninth day of the month, and performed cutting Ralu, etc. Those born in the land of Karnatra, in order to write their own names before the names of others, are arrogant to each other and unnecessarily endure suffering. I endure suffering for the sake of liberating myself and others, what reason is there to be afraid? If it is said that one cannot offer one's hands, feet, and head, then I say: After getting used to it, there is nothing that is difficult to do. With whatever thought, the minds of people are bound, and it will become the essence of that thought, just like various jewels. It is said. Therefore, one should endure great suffering by gradually getting used to small suffering. Just as after getting used to it, children will have a happy thought about the suffering of samsara, and when abiding in a samadhi that has happiness, even when cutting off hands and feet, etc., only the feeling of happiness will arise. Examples of getting used to small suffering, etc.: the bites of lice, horseflies, mosquitoes, the feelings of hunger and thirst, and the suffering of severe itching, etc., what unseen meaning is there in getting used to them? Furthermore, one cannot get used to being pampered, if one does that, one will become very miserable due to the harm caused by cold, heat, rain, wind, roads, disease, death, and beatings. If the mind can abide in suffering, the situation will be reversed. It is said that if the will is firm, there is nothing that cannot be endured. Some warriors see their own blood on the battlefield
